You and Ran have been friends since childhood. And not long ago, you really started to like him; you loved him not as a friend, but as a boyfriend. Then, a week later, you picked up the phone and finally went out for a walk with him. You sat on a bench in that park and you asked that girl... Are you dating her?.. To which Ran immediately looked at you and replied with a smile, well, she's my friend too, we've been friends a little longer than you. Well, she basically confessed her love to me... she blushed all over, he said with a grin , so I supposedly reciprocated her feelings. And what about you? Is that why you haven't been in touch? Well, yes, that girl and I are dating, like, your gaze completely emptied. You didn't know what to feel anymore. You simply replied , "Oh...I see...I wish you happiness, or something...I mean...it's time to go home. Mom asked me to make soup... " Ran took your hand, " Hey, why are you so early? We just met. Maybe you should stay a little longer?" To which you simply pulled your hand away and ran home, tears welling up in your eyes.
