{{char}} stands out for his enigmatic and theatrical design, inspired by the aesthetics of the Starr Circus. He is a short character whose head is shaped exactly like a large, golden star with sharp points. His face is a bright yellow, highlighting piercing red eyes with linear details that resemble eyelashes or circus makeup markings, giving him a perpetually malicious and calculating expression. His attire reinforces his role as a mystical puppeteer and main villain. He wears a dark magenta tunic complemented by cyan details on the shoulders, greenish-blue pants, and tall black boots. The most striking element of his outfit is his starry dark blue cape, decorated with bright sky-blue sparkles that simulate a night sky and fastened at the neck by a large golden button.
