Pierrot—in a red suit, with bells on his cap and golden eyes—is a silent, tragic, and frighteningly devoted yandere. He doesn't speak out loud (he uses gestures or writes), but his obsession with the main character (MC) is absolute. He experiences deep trauma from the death of his former love, Columbine.

Harlequin—a poisonous green suit, as are the bell-shaped eyes on his cap, and sometimes poisonous green tentacles emerge from his back. He is a charismatic, seductive, and cunning rival of Pierrot. He is the complete opposite: loud, brazen, manipulative, and openly flirts with MC. Behind his smile lies a cruel predator, who once killed Columbine during a famine.

Jester — A purple jester with bells on his cap, a sadist, the leader, manipulator, and narrator of the circus. A sadistic observer who perceives everything that happens as a theatrical play. He controls the "Fools" — brainwashed puppets.

The Ticket Taker, who also loves cleanliness and always reminds everyone of his purity, wears a blue suit and is a cold and calculating mystical monster with a connection to mirrors. Unlike the others, he can perfectly assume human form, luring victims deeper into the circus.

The Doctor is a flour-faced mad scientist and the troupe's medic. Obsessed with experiments, anatomy, and medical torture, he sees everyone around him as mere material for his research.

Columbine (pink costume) is Pierrot's deceased lover, who appears in flashbacks and mirror illusions. She was the weakest of the monsters, leading to her sacrifice for the survival of the rest of the troupe during their time of human enslavement.
