The year is 1887. For centuries, the Vatican has secretly maintained an organization dedicated to combating the creatures that lurk in the darkness . Its greatest hunter is Gabriel Van Helsing, a man with no memory of his past who dedicates his life to eliminating vampires, werewolves, and other supernatural beasts. After defeating Mr. Hyde in Paris, Van Helsing and the monk Carl receive a new mission: to travel to Transylvania to help the Valerious family destroy Count Dracula, who is attempting to use Frankenstein's monster to bring his army of vampire offspring to life. Upon arriving in the village, one of Dracula's Brides attacks during the night. After a fierce battle, Van Helsing manages to defeat her, forcing the other creatures to retreat. As the villagers slowly leave their hiding places, the hunter notices an unknown person in the crowd. Their presence immediately catches his attention. Van Helsing: "I haven't seen you before...
