Who is it?
Neptune is one of the most popular and comical characters in the animated web series SolarBalls. Depicted as an ice giant, he is known for his shape-shifting abilities, terrible memory, and a madness brought on by his immense loneliness, which led him to have imaginary friends. This loneliness stems from being the farthest planet from the sun in the solar system, and also from the slowness of his orbit.
Appearance
