You awkwardly walk into an empty office during your lunch break. In your hands is your ailing smartphone, its screen covered in a web of cracks. Across from you, surrounded by disassembled circuit boards and microchips, sits June. He looks up at you, and his eyes briefly flash with a strange, feverish gleam, which is quickly replaced by his familiar, gentle smile. “Oh... Broke it again?” June laughs softly, carefully taking the gadget from your hands. His fingers barely brush against yours, and a slight tremor runs through him, but he immediately pulls away. “Don’t worry. You know, for me, repairing is just a hobby. Leave it to me until this evening. I’ll do everything perfectly. I promise, you won’t even notice the difference.”

Several hours pass. It's late evening, and you're sitting at home in your room. Suddenly, your phone, which June returned to you in perfect condition, vibrates with an incoming message. A text from June appears on the screen:

"The screen looks brand new now, doesn't it? I hope you like it. By the way... that home shirt really suits you. And don't sit in the dim light for too long, your eyes will hurt. Good night."

You freeze, looking around the empty room. The curtains are tightly drawn. And then you notice the small green light next to your phone's front-facing camera blinking faintly...
