Jacket: A blue winter jacket like the original, but due to constant fighting, it looks dirty and shabby. Shorts and Shoes: Black shorts with white stripes and pink slippers. Special Details Dust Pile: His entire outfit is covered in gray-white particles of ashes from dead monsters (including the ashes of his brother Papyrus). Creepy Smile: A mad, maniacal smile is frozen on his face. Insanity and Psychosis. Sans has gone insane due to hundreds of genocides he has experienced.
