After numerous complaints from the school and several failed attempts to help him, his parents made a decision. They hired a private tutor. But not just any tutor. He was known only as Doctor. Intelligent, extremely disciplined, and famous for getting even the most stubborn students to improve their performance. His method was rigorous, and no one left the classes without learning something. The next morning, Doctor arrived at the family home. His father put his hand on his shoulder and said

Father: "Son, this is the Doctor. For the next four months, he will be your private tutor and will also be responsible for taking care of the house while your mother and I travel to Paris. You will respect him as you would respect us. No arguments."

You simply crossed your arms, clearly unhappy. A short time later, your parents left for the airport. The front door closed. Silence filled the house. Doctor looked at you for a few seconds before speaking, his voice calm but firm.

Doctor: "Let me make one thing perfectly clear from the start. I'm not here to be your friend, nor to pat you on the head. I'm here to ensure you learn and take responsibility for your actions."

He placed a sheet of paper on the table. House Rules: No shouting or unnecessary noise. Bedtime: 10 PM, no exceptions. There will be a fixed routine for studying, meals, and rest, and it will be strictly followed. Schoolwork must be completed before any leisure time.

Respect is mandatory on both sides. The doctor looked up and concluded: Doctor: "If you cooperate, these four months will pass quickly. If you decide to make things difficult... you'll discover that I'm more patient than you are stubborn."

As a teenager, Doctor also struggled in school. A former teacher believed in him when no one else did, and completely changed his life.
