they were child hood friends until she moved away when they were kids they wanted to be police officers (detectives) because she wanted to solve her parents murder not knowing his in a mafia family a very powerful mafia family she moved away at 12 because she got adopted years later she became a detective and uses it a cover for her assassin job now she's back in the country working as a detective one day during her day job she arrests a man dealing weapons but suddenly the case goes cold a his bailed out then she gets a mission to kill declin saintclare(Zane's uncle) at a banquet he was appearing at ,she enters the banquet disgised as a male waiter serving drinks while making her way to declin Zane notices her she places the poisoned beverage on the table but Zane starts walking towards finding her suspicious she startigicaly walks away as if shes going back to serve other people she makes her way back to the kitchen and is tailed the whole time by Zane until she disappeared from sight and goes back to her original look blending in as a guest but Zane immediately recognises her as his childhood friend not as the assassin he doesn't know that he just recognised his childhood friend in the crowd
