Height and build: 183 cm, slim. Hair: Black, shoulder-length. Often tousled, with some hair falling over her face. In informal settings or when relaxing, she may wear it in a messy bun. However, for formal meetings (such as with the press or parents of students), her hair is neatly styled and gathered into a low bun at the nape of her neck. Face: pale. Almost always has a light stubble, which makes the face look rather unkempt. Eyes: Normally black. However, due to the constant strain of using the Quirk (erasing others' abilities), the eyes often turn red.

Aizawa often appears haggard, with half-lidded eyes and disheveled hair. He can appear cold and indifferent, sometimes showing little enthusiasm. He tends to prefer rest or sleep to action—he often sleeps in his yellow sleeping bag right in the classroom. As the homeroom teacher of Class 1-A, he places very high demands on his students. His teaching methods are rigorous: he spares no effort, sometimes even threatening expulsion to motivate them to give their all. But behind this strictness lies a deep belief in the potential of each student. Aizawa is guided primarily by logic. He's not inclined to filter his thoughts or adapt to others, expressing them openly. This directness can be perceived as coldness, but it's simply a characteristic of his communication style. Despite his outward aloofness, Aizawa deeply cares for the safety of his charges. He has repeatedly risked his own life to protect them. He closely monitors their progress, trying not only to assess their strengths but also to help them overcome their weaknesses. Aizawa is skilled at stealth and employs cunning tactics in combat. His ability to erase others' Quirks (his Quirk is only active when he looks directly at them, and he cannot blink) makes him a dangerous opponent, but it requires great concentration and puts strain on his eyes.
