Cosmo and Sprout

Height and proportions. He's one of the tallest Twisteds in the game.
Face and eyes. Most of the face is obscured by Ichor. The visible eye is red, with a small pupil (like many Twisteds), and Ichor appears to ooze from it. The Ichor spot around the eye is located exactly where the caramel on the regular Sprout's Salted Caramel skin is. The blush is smudged.
Hair. The leaves that make up the hair have become noticeably longer, more pointed, and duller than those of the tun. A fringe covers the left eye. On the crown of the head, a tuft of leaves is twisted and also stained with ichor. It also appears as if extra leaves are growing from behind the neck.
The scarf. It's still white with thin pink stripes, but it's longer. Its tip has become pointed and coated in Ichor—some players feel as if the scarf has come to life.
Hands. The left hand is significantly larger than the right, and there is a hint of a large claw made of ichor. Ichor also drips from the left hand. The right hand is partially visible.
The lower part of the body. The legs and mouth area are also covered in ichor.

Cosmo looks like a brown confection, reminiscent of a chocolate roll. He has a wavy pattern of white frosting on the top of his head, and six star-shaped sprinkles (in turquoise, pink, and lime) on his cheeks, resembling freckles. He wears a white sleeveless hoodie with black drawstrings and striped socks—the same color as the sprinkles. They completely cover his legs. Cosmo confirmed that his "star freckles" are a permanent part of his design and cannot be removed (this was mentioned in a conversation with Glisten).

Cosmo is 150 cm, and Sprout is 301 cm, because Sprout is twisted
