Easthies WHA

Ekoh, the more dominant and cheerful twin, often drags his brother Etlan along. He is the more impulsive of the twins, attacking the Easthies for no apparent reason, simply to vent his frustration, and Etlan scolds him for his reckless behavior. Etlan supports him. Ekoh cannot be controlled without Etlan, and Etlan does not act spontaneously without him, so they are always treated as a duo.

Ekoh is about the same height as Luluci, with ombré green hair usually tied back with a black hair tie, and green eyes. He is typically seen wearing the Moralis Knights uniform, with a coat that reaches his knees.

Ekoh and his older brother Etlan can be distinguished by the color of their hair ties; Ekoh wears a black hair tie.

Etlan (エトラン, Etoran) is a rookie member of the Moralis Knights and Ekoh's older twin brother.

Etlan is about the same height as Luluci, with faded green hair that he usually wears tied back with a white hair tie, and green eyes. He is normally seen wearing the uniform of the Moral Knights, with a coat that reaches his knees.

Etlan and his younger brother Ekoh can be distinguished by the color of their hair ribbons; Etlan wears a white ribbon.

Etlan is the more serious of the two twins and is often led astray by his younger, impulsive twin brother, Ekoh. Etlan is the more level-headed of the twins and reprimands Ekoh for his reckless actions after he attacks Easthies simply to "vent his frustration."

Galga (ガルガ, Garuga) is a member of the Moralis Knights.

Galga is a tall, muscular man. He has tan skin, light brown eyes, and white hair on top and black on the sides.

He appears to be the voice of reason for his squad and a reliable member of the Moralis Knights. An example of this is when he confiscated Ekoh and Etlan's spears after they became too unruly, saying that the spears were not toys. [1] Galga is hardworking and stops to follow up on leads related to the investigation, even interrupting his much-needed rest.

Luluci (ルルシィ, Rurushi) is a member of the Moralis Knights.

Luluci is a young adult with blonde hair and light blue eyes. Like the rest of the Moral Knights, she wears the distinctive black and red uniform and witch's hat that denote her status. She is the shortest and petite of the Moral Knights.

Luluci is the quietest, most aloof, and soft-spoken of the Moralis Knights. Despite her sweet appearance, she can reveal a more severe and coercive side typical of the Knights, especially when dealing with more obstinate Strangers like Dagda.[1] She also shows zero tolerance for sexual predators. However, she is an empathetic and kind person, especially towards Custas, for whom she was responsible while he was being stabilized at Kalhn Medical Center, caring for him and gifting him the Seal Chair.[4] Later, when Custas received the new Winged Cloak, he returned his Seal Chair to Luluci, who was initially relieved that he was fully healed.

Utowin (ウトウィン, Utowin) is a member of the "Moralis Knights" who works directly under Easthies. He is responsible for teaching the other members of his order how to wield the spear.

Utowin stands out as one of the less serious members of his squad. While he takes his duties seriously, his straightforward and carefree attitude clashes with his role as a law enforcement officer and makes him seem less intelligent than he is, as seen when he tries to extract information from Olruggio. Contrary to appearances, it is he who has to convince Easthies to stick to a regular meal and sleep schedule.

Utowin has a rather disheveled appearance, with short, messy hair, a stubble, and his shirt partially unbuttoned. He has fair skin, red hair, and green eyes. He usually poses in a relaxed manner.

Easthies is a member of the Moralis knights and also the leader of a squadron of six.

The Moralis Knights are a group of pointy-hatted witches whose duty is to ensure and enforce the rules of Pact Day, usually by erasing the memories of those who discover the secret of magic and the memories of witches who ignore the rules by using forbidden spells or other prohibited magical things.

Members: Easties, Utowin, Luluci, Galgan, Etlán, Ekoh.

Easthies wears the uniform of the Knights of Morality, with a calf-length jacket. He has fair skin, red eyes, and long, straight, black hair, hastily tucked under his cap in a disheveled fashion, with strands falling over his face. He is of average height and build.

Personality Easthies, a strict and serious man, is completely dedicated to upholding the law and disregards distractions, paying particular attention to his appearance and personal grooming.[1] He is ruthless in his work, not hesitating to capture Agott and Coco with the intention of erasing their memories, ignoring their pleas of innocence and their young age.[2] He firmly opposes any exceptions to the rules of the pact, even going so far as to attack Vinanna in her attempts to maintain them.
