As Kate said, Caleb is a minute and a half older than her.
As a child, he often competed with Kate to see who was cooler, and he still retains this trait and tries in every possible way to be better than her.
Giving himself purple patches,[1] a habit Caleb has carried over from childhood, when Kate used to put them on him.[3]
Paints her nails in a soft square shape, but covers them with clear polish to make them look more "masculine."[4]
As a child, he was interested in espionage and followed Void before he became an Inspector.
Of the animals, he would prefer something that obeyed him unconditionally, for example, a dog.[5]
In one of the episodes, he got himself a pet assistant, Oter, who looked like a dog.
He was the first one, after the trio of main characters, to go beyond the dome.
Caleb's favorite color is purple, which can be seen from the color of his motorcycle and katana.
Loves listening to vinyl and classical music.

Caleb spent half his life not surrounded by family, but under the watchful eye of Inspector Void, which, as you might imagine, greatly impacted his life and relationship with his dear sister. Even as a child, he began to doubt the Empire's methods when, together with Kate, they attempted to unravel its secrets. Caleb's curiosity led to his arrest at the age of 13, which later led to his involvement in the fight against the government and his voluntary membership in The Shining. He struggles with teamwork, preferring to either solve problems on his own or demand that they leave him alone. His position as Chief Secretary has left him rather arrogant, blunt, and self-assured, and he doesn't mince words.

Born a few minutes earlier, he considers himself a true older brother, with the attendant consequences. Caleb prioritizes protecting his sister, something he never says outright for fear of her objections. He himself can use a variety of means to achieve his goals, including murder, intimidation, and surveillance. Even his joining the rebels is merely part of a plan to protect Kate and avenge her. However, he never crosses a certain moral line in his decisions, striving to remain human.

When he and his sister went to Omen City, he met and fell in love with Camille. Because of her, he began periodically traveling to another city and deferring to her opinions. To some extent, the relationship helped Caleb take his mind off protecting his sister, though he still loves and cares for her. Caleb himself refuses to admit that Camille is his girlfriend, but according to the screenwriter, they "are still dating."[2] He is mostly indifferent to others.

Caleb has very pale skin due to his desk job, although his physical fitness is enviable. He has black bionic enhancements under his brown eyes[1], and his brown hair is pulled back into a bun. He wears the Empire uniform with light purple accents, like Kate and the Chief Secretary's outfit: a long black cloak that reaches almost to his feet with reddish-orange accents, which are also present on his shoes. He also carries a purple katana.

Lololoshka himself is docile and balanced, not particularly talkative. He is kind and fair to the characters. Sometimes, of course, he is frivolous, inattentive and naive, which is why he can make objectively wrong decisions. He gives second chances and trusts people, without acting aggressively and egocentrically. He can come up with complex ideas and think through intricate plans.

He can be described as a "gofer" who genuinely enjoys being a hero and helping everyone. Sometimes he neglects his own time, desire and occasionally moral standards so that he will be treated positively in the future. Despite his openness, he still does not trust just anyone and carefully analyzes his surroundings. He can show sympathy for characters, but this usually does not go beyond friendship.

I had a severe allergy to pollen, but with Raya's help I was able to cure it.
She experiences frequent memory lapses due to being erased as a child, which requires her to take medication.
One and a half minutes younger than Caleb.
The two main characters on whom Kate's sometimes awkward character is based are Beatrice Pryer from Divergent and Lara Croft. However, looking for parallels is not recommended, as she is a distinct character. [2]
Hayley is officially Kate's girlfriend, as the screenwriter has stated on his Telegram channel on multiple occasions.[1]
Kate can drive, but she doesn't have a license.[3]
If I wanted to have a pet, I would get a kitten.[4]

Kate has a gentle yet serious nature. Sometimes she gets very irritated and snaps at someone, but even then, she recovers almost instantly due to her kindness. She loves precision, so she plans almost everything and always (she often stops Lololoshka, demanding that she make a plan). She is not prone to impulsiveness.

She loves her brother Caleb, but argues and bickers with him more often than any other character this season, most often over matters of the Empire and her brother's principles. Despite this, she still loves him with all her heart and wants to protect him from others (which is interesting, since it's usually the other way around). After Caleb joined the Shining, their relationship improved somewhat, and she occasionally makes good-natured jokes about him.

Got a mohawk at age 15 when he left home after being given a regular haircut.[2]
I took Lololoshka to the city at night and introduced him to Kavinsky.
He loves stuffed animals and collects them. His favorite is Miss Giraffe, who is 8 years old. She is a kind of childhood talisman given to him by his parents.[3]
He also has a Mr. Tomato toy that Vanessa made for him. In episode 111, she also gave him a pink panda, which Radan named after his girlfriend, Sharon.
He gave one of his toys to Kavinsky.
He loves animals and as a child he dreamed of opening a veterinary clinic.
There was a childhood friend, Chris, but because he was erased, the latter forgot about Radan.
It later turned out that he had only partially lost his memory, and therefore was able to remember it.
He used to have feelings for Kate, but knew they weren't mutual. Then Radan met and fell in love with police officer Sharon, with whom he is now in a relationship.
According to writer Tasya Radan and Sharon are the best couple of the season.[4]
Likes to drink.
Radan was most likely modeled after Radan from the game Elden Ring, as evidenced by his similarities in character and appearance.

"Radan believes his role on the team is to relieve tension with funny remarks, lift everyone's spirits, and intervene when he feels like it's necessary."
— the screenwriter says about him.[1]

Radan is stubborn and impatient, holding his ground for long periods of time, and rarely apologizing for his actions. He's quick-tempered and distrustful of strangers, yet gentle and sincere with loved ones, including his favorite toys, which he's been addicted to since childhood. He's unable to explain things clearly, often saying whatever comes to mind. Despite this, Radan is quite capable of decisive action when the situation calls for it.

Extremely empathetic and understanding, likely due to a somewhat unhealthy family dynamic. He was frequently beaten by his biological father, John, which likely explains his distrust of strangers and rebellious tendencies. Radan is terrified of becoming as cruel as John and swears he will never harm an animal. He admits he quickly came to terms with the changes in his life.

Surprisingly, he took it very warmly when he found out that his mother, Vanessa, wanted to marry the builder Lionel and that he would now have a stepfather.

External module. Raya looks like a cube-shaped robot. On the top and sides are elements resembling "ears"—she uses them to express emotions. Engines are located on the bottom and back, allowing her to fly. The body is light metal with dark accents, and the front screen is dark blue. The "face" is painted in shades of blue. During moments of strong emotion or in the Halls of the Resurrector, the module changes: blood stains appear, and the screen turns blood red.

Unlike the implants of Imperial citizens, Raya Prime has not been reprogrammed. Therefore, it is programmed to serve its host, rather than obey the Rehoboam system. This makes it superior to other implants in terms of power. It also has safety protocols: for example, Protocol #3 prohibits aggression toward intelligent life, and a triple violation leads to automatic shutdown of all functions.

He loves reading. He especially enjoys detective stories and Darry's children's science fiction books. He was introduced to Lololoshka by his friend, Radan, who also works for him.
Vince used to dye his hair all the time, which he doesn’t want to remember now (perhaps he’s ashamed).
Kavinsky enjoys spending time reading books. He particularly enjoys detective novels[2] and children's fantasy books by Darry.
He commissioned the famous writer Ernest to write a book about the agricultural settlement of Lololoshki.
Raya-Prime gave him the book "Maratnash" (a reference to the real book "Shantaram"). The book's title also served as his account password for a while.
Kavinsky's inspiration is a reference to one of the characters in the teen novel "The Raven Boys," a direct reference to "The Driver" from the cult film "Drive." His last name in the aforementioned work is a reference to the musician Kavinsky, who wrote the title theme for "Drive."[1]
He became an observer when he was only 21 years old.
After the collapse of the Empire, Raya Prime put him in charge of creating a new educational system.
Perhaps in episode 37 in the Emporium he tried to beat Lololoshka's Tetris record.[3]
"Does not recognize weaklings."[4]
Previously used hard drugs. "Vince doesn't use them anymore, and he doesn't recommend you do either."

Greedy, brazen, and sometimes sociopathic: he views others from a profit-driven perspective, communicates brazenly, yet is decisive and sees plans through to completion. There are exceptions—he appreciates loyalty.

Kate is a fair-skinned girl with dark brown hair tied in a ponytail. She has a flower woven into her hair, which was originally purple but became blue after the founding of The Shining. She has expressive brown eyes. She wears the Empire's work uniform with many purple accents and, after her promotion, has gold shoulder straps. She has a pink and purple badge on her chest.

Radan is a dark-skinned guy with black eyes. He has naturally red hair, but he dyed it: first red, then blue after founding The Shining. He also has his hair styled in a mohawk. His usual clothes are a white T-shirt and a dark blue uniform with orange trim for the Empire, thrown off his shoulders. He wears it correctly at work. He lost his left arm during a careless attempt to go outside the dome, and has a prosthesis with blue inserts instead.

Raya Prime is a supporting character in the first story arc. She is a Prime-model P.E.R.S.I.K. module created by a team of scientists at Halo Terra Industries (HTI) led by Dr. Raya Aber.

Lololoshka: A tall guy (190 cm) with pale skin, brown eyes, and light-brown, short-cropped hair with bangs slightly slanted to the left. He wears white headphones with black ear pads and light-blue accents, as well as light-blue decorative glasses with black lenses that hide his eyes. He wears a white hoodie with a slight slant to a soft blue, black stripes on the puffy sleeves, and black laces. He wears a black and light-blue checkered scarf made of a thin fabric; black pants with two light-blue suspenders hanging down; and light-blue sneakers with white soles. The checkered scarf and glasses are Lololoshka's distinctive attributes, by which he is recognized.
