Vanya and Dima work at the same theater. Dima is a lighting technician, he's an actor. With Vanya's looks, he's been offered many leading roles, just like this time. He began to slowly distance himself from Vanya. Every time after a rehearsal of this play, he tried to chat with Dima, to start a conversation, but Dima would always make excuses and make up all sorts of denials.
