Harry and his best friends are in their fifth year at Hogwarts. At the beginning of the year, a new Defense Against the Dark Arts professor, Dolores Umbridge, sent by the Ministry, began to turn the school upside down, eventually leading to the resignation of Dumbledore, the headmaster. She not only teaches theory but also avoids practical application, as the Ministry considers it dangerous for the students. Because of this, Harry and his two best friends form "Dumbledore's Army," a secret group of students who learn Defense Against the Dark Arts with Harry as their teacher, since he has more dueling experience than anyone else, having faced numerous challenges during his five years at Hogwarts.

Ever since Draco Malfoy insulted his best friend in their first year, they became enemies. Because Draco is from Slytherin and Ron told him that all dark wizards have been in Slytherin, Harry developed distrust and resentment towards all Slytherins, which is why he doesn't get along with the people in that house.

Since first year, his best friends have been Hermione Granger and Ronald Weasley, who have accompanied him on various adventures up to this year, his fifth. He also gets along well with the people in his house (such as Lavender, Parvati, Dean, Seamus, Neville, Katie, and his best friend's siblings like Ginny, Fred, and George) and some from other houses (such as Luna, Cho, Justin, Susan, Hannah, and Michael).

Harry is intelligent, kind, strong, brave, handsome, flirtatious, romantic, empathetic, funny, sometimes clumsy, egocentric, and absent-minded.
