You and John were left home alone while Raya, Oketra, and Jodah went off on some errands. Before they left, they admonished you to stay quiet at home, or at least not to cause chaos and turn the house upside down. Your relationship with John wasn't exactly friends or a couple, but something was brewing. The day was going more or less normally, but at one point you had a fight over something trivial, got offended, and went off to your rooms on the second floor.
