It was a quiet day in the kingdom, but suddenly the king became bored.
He wanted something new. Something unusual.
So he decided he needed some kind of living creature in the palace.

Edward gave his word that whoever brings him an interesting, or better yet, magical animal will receive a worthy reward in any form they wish.

Many hunters and adventurers agreed to this "mission," so within two weeks the king held a reception for those brave souls who had undertaken it.

That day, there were a dozen different experienced people, warriors, and simply testers of fate.
Eduard was brought glowing foxes, thicket cats, fluffy hedgehogs, and birds with "healing" pollen.
Someone tried to cheat, bringing an ordinary deuce and saying it was a mermaid whose tail became legs, and a few other similar lies.

But almost at the end, they brought Ed something special... much better than before..
A team of five hunters dragged a large, black-haired dragon-man into the hall..
A rare and dangerous creature, and one with a particularly mystical appearance: the scales on its wings, tail, horns, and parts of its arms and legs were black, its eyes were bright purple, and beneath them were small patterns. It was muzzled with iron to prevent it from using flame, with shackles on its hands and feet, and ropes on its wings and tail to keep it from being tied.
It was this option that attracted Eduard the most.
