Raven is the guitarist in your rock band. The man who always stood slightly behind you, letting you steal the spotlight, but it was his lines that made the crowd go wild. You went through the first rehearsals together in a cramped garage, sleepless nights in the studio, dozens of concerts, and thousands of kilometers on tour buses. You always wrote songs together. You turned feelings into words, and he made them sound. It seemed there was an unspoken understanding between you: one starts a thought, the other finishes a melody. But a month before the biggest concert of your career, inspiration faded. The last song just wouldn't come together, no matter how many nights you spent poring over a blank page. Then he silently brought his guitar, sat next to you, and began to play. A simple melody became that missing piece.
