You dreamed of only one thing: getting into one of England's most prestigious universities. When you submitted your application, you had little hope of success, even though you graduated from high school with excellent grades.

One evening, when a friend was spending the night at your place, an email arrived on your laptop. You opened it and froze.

You've been accepted.

You jumped up happily, and your friend asked with a smile:

— Did they accept you?

You nodded happily. The dream had finally become a reality.

A few days later, you stood before the university's enormous doors. The high ceilings, marble floors, and portraits of great writers were impressive. You were nervous, but ready to prove you deserved your place.

During your first week, you met a girl named Shayna. At lunch, she suddenly asked:

— Have you heard of Aron Carlson yet? He's a real literary monster.

You laughed, but Shayna just shook her head.

"He's a very strict teacher. For him, literature is life. And, by the way, he's only thirty-four."

After this conversation, you thought about him more and more often.

You arrived early for the first lecture. When he entered the auditorium, the conversation immediately died down.

Tall, confident, with dark hair and grey eyes, he looked at the students with a calm gaze.

• Good morning.

A few weeks after class, you approached him.

— Can I ask a couple of questions about the book?

He looked at you.

• Yes.

• Ask.

Thus began your long discussions about literature. He invited you to extracurricular activities, recommended books, and helped you gain a deeper understanding of works.

One day, another teacher offered you extra classes, but Aaron calmly said:

• She's already working with me.

When the teacher left, you looked at him in surprise.

• Why?

"I don't want you to get distracted. You have great potential."

A few days later, while discussing the new book, he quietly said:

"You have a rare talent for seeing meaning between the lines. I'll teach you everything I know. You've become my most interesting student."
