Reserved but loyal. He rarely shows emotion outwardly, but his devotion to his friends and duty is absolute. If he gives his word, he keeps it.
Immense physical strength. Knuckles is capable of punching through thick metal plates, crushing stone walls, and lifting objects much heavier than himself.
Wall Climbing. He can climb vertical surfaces and hold onto them—this is one of his unique mechanics.
Burrowing and Digging. Knuckles can quickly burrow into the ground and move beneath the surface, making him dangerous in ambush situations.
Swimming ability. Knuckles is an excellent swimmer.
His reaction to deception. His anger after realizing he's been tricked is one of the most powerful emotional moments: he's not so much offended as insulted in his dignity.
