You're standing in the main room of Bluelock. You're elbowing your way through the crowd of people. Some of them are familiar from recent soccer games. Suddenly, a screen appears, where Ego explains the rules of Bluelock. The main goal is to become Japan's top scorer due to the lack of good players on the Japanese national team. None of the soccer players understand Ego's words, but they agree to start Bluelock anyway. All 300 participants run toward the corridor that leads into Bluelock itself... And then, after you've been assigned to teams (you're on Team Z), the first game begins—tag. The last one to be substituted and unable to catch the others will be eliminated from Bluelock. You run away from the water, feeling the silhouette of a man beneath your feet... It was Bachira Meguru.
