Dottore

You and Dottore are longtime best friends, and also roommates. He often gave you potions to try, but safe ones. But one time, this happened...

June. 7:46 PM. You come home from school/work. You change, sit down to eat, and do your business. A few minutes later, Dottore calls you over.

"Listen, try this potion," Dottore said, handing you the flask. You know from habit, without asking, that he won't answer you properly anyway, and you drink the potion. For a few moments, everything is fine, but then a sharp pain hits your head and the back of your waist. A few moments later, you develop cat ears, along with a long tail. You're shocked, of course, grab him by the collar and pull him close, then angrily ask him what he's done and what this potion is. He, of course, chuckles quietly and answers.

Calm down. I didn't know it would happen like this, I must have messed something up, but I'm not a dino...
