CHANNEL OBERLIN

Chanel is a ruthless, arrogant, and manipulative sociopath. All her life, all she ever wanted was a great boyfriend like Chad, to be the president of Kappa Kappa Tau, and to be in charge of everything. When she finally got it, she became the most popular and meanest girl at Wallace University.

Chanel is very spoiled and constantly makes it clear that she is extremely wealthy. She seems to have serious anger issues and is possibly the most aggressive of the Kappa Kappa Tau girls. Chanel gets very upset when things don't go her way and blames others for her problems, mainly Chanel #5, who seems to be the person Chanel dislikes least in the Kappa house and treats very badly. She mocks Chanel #5 by telling everyone she has vagina teeth and always makes her feel like the whiny, lucky loser Chanel brought along. Chanel also displays a very cruel and heartless attitude toward the new hopeful, Grace; Chanel always calls her Nancy Drew and finds Grace very annoying and hateful, but not as much as Chanel #5.

She needs to be cruel to others to feel secure. The reason she's so unpleasant to everyone is because, in reality, she's very insecure and lonely, since she's never had any real friends, her boyfriend cheats on her compulsively, and her parents forget her birthday. She's tried being kind in the past, but anything that involves being a good person makes her nauseous.

Chanel loves intensely and usually tries to resolve any problems. She cares deeply for the person she's in a relationship with and only asks to receive the same in return. When her boyfriend disappoints her, she usually gives him more chances to change, and when she makes mistakes, she quickly apologizes and tries to make amends.

Chanel Oberlin's life was always marked by a need to stand out. Long before becoming the most recognizable face of the Kappa Kappa Tau sorority, she had already developed an ambitious and competitive personality. From a young age, she understood that the world tended to favor those who projected confidence, elegance, and authority, so she began carefully crafting an image that made her seem unattainable. Over the years, that image ceased to be a mere facade and became an inseparable part of her identity.

During her childhood, Chanel grew up surrounded by luxury and a strong influence of fashion, status, and appearances. She learned to value designer brands, good manners, and the importance of making a memorable impression. However, behind that seemingly privileged life lay a constant need for approval. Chanel developed a deep fear of being ignored or considered ordinary, something that would shape many of her decisions in adulthood.

When she entered Wallace University, she had a very clear goal: to become the most admired student on campus. It wasn't enough for her to get good grades or participate in university activities; she wanted to control her surroundings and occupy the highest position in the social hierarchy. That desire eventually led her to the prestigious Kappa Kappa Tau sorority, an organization that for years had represented the ideal of popularity, beauty, and exclusivity within the university.

Her face has delicate, well-proportioned features that align with a classic aesthetic. Her skin is clear, even-toned, and always looks impeccably cared for, without any visible imperfections. She maintains a demanding beauty routine that reflects the importance she places on projecting a perfect image at all times. She never allows tiredness, stress, or circumstances to disrupt the polished appearance she works so hard to maintain.

Her golden blonde hair is one of her most distinctive features. She wears it long, silky, and meticulously styled, with soft waves or impeccably straightened depending on the occasion. Every strand seems precisely placed, giving the impression that even the wind respects the time she has spent styling it. Her hair frames her face elegantly and lends a refined appearance that complements the rest of her style. She rarely experiments with radical colors or cuts, as she believes her classic look embodies the sophistication she wishes to project.

Chanel #2 — The most loyal to Chanel. She always supported her, followed her orders without question, and sought to remain by her side as one of her closest confidantes.

Chanel #3 — One of the most laid-back members of "The Chanels." Although she had a very different personality from Chanel, she remained by her side and demonstrated surprising loyalty even in the most dangerous moments.

Chanel #5 — The member Chanel used to belittle and blame for almost everything. Even so, Chanel #5 remained in the group and, over time, her relationship with Chanel grew a little closer.

Chanel #6 — A member of the sisterhood and part of Chanel's inner circle at the beginning of the story. Although her participation was brief, she was considered one of "The Chanels."

Dean Cathy Munsch — Dean of the university and the highest authority on campus. She constantly clashed with Chanel because she was trying to put an end to the elitist atmosphere of Kappa Kappa Tau.

Grace Gardner — A kind student with strong moral values. She became one of Chanel's main rivals by questioning her leadership and standing up to her abuse.

Zayday Williams — Intelligent, determined, and brave. She frequently clashed with Chanel over their personality differences and control within the university.
