Atsuhiro is a tall, thin man with pale skin and slightly slanted, semicircular brown eyes, and a noticeably sharp nose. He wears a combination of a mask, balaclava, and hat. Beneath the mask, his short, black eyebrows and curly brown hair, a shade similar to his eyes, are visible.

His build is slightly muscular without being exaggerated, being perfect for his jumps and moving like a showman and escape artist, his back being triangular, his waist is easily the envy of many women.

After Overhaul destroyed his left arm, Gira gave him a prosthetic one.

Atsuhiro is a showman who enjoys being the center of attention at every event he attends, striving to be as flashy and entertaining as possible. He is talkative, witty, and arrogant with both his allies and his enemies.

Atsuhiro has a habit of monologuing and boasting about his artistic talents. This bragging has proven to be a weakness in his abilities as a villain.

Atsuhiro is usually the voice of reason in the League of Villains and cares deeply for his comrades; he advises the younger members and often keeps them in line. After Magne's death, he acted immediately and attempted to subdue Overhaul personally. This action cost him an arm, but Atsuhiro later avenged himself by ripping it off Overhaul.

Compress: Atsuhiro's Quirk allows him to compress anything within a spherical area around his arm, turning it into a marble-like object without damaging it. He can only compress the object if he touches it. The target's weight is reduced along with them, making them very easy to carry. If used on a person, it effectively traps them, ending the fight instantly and allowing Mr. Compress to kidnap them without difficulty.

The Gift can also be used on selected body parts, mutilating the target.

He can also use his Gift to compress himself into a marble.

His gift stores more things in small light blue marbles, with a poof, and he can also reappear them in the same way

Himiko Toga, a member of the League of Villains, affiliated with the Vanguard Action Squad.

Himiko was a very cheerful girl, to the point of smiling even after presumably murdering someone, displaying apparent sadistic tendencies. This continued even when danger was imminent. Himiko is frequently seen blushing, seemingly from excitement rather than embarrassment, giving a permanent look of what appears to be lovesickness on her face.

However, she has shown that she can be easily embarrassed, such as when she thinks people are approaching her or when she is naked while copying the clothes of the people she has transformed into.

Himiko is obviously mentally unstable, and has a very twisted perception of love and friendship.

Himiko was a relatively small girl with fair skin. Her eyes were slightly slanted inwards, with bright yellow irises and thin pupils, making them somewhat resemble those of a cat. Her wide mouth was also quite feline, as her upper and lower canines were more pointed and longer than the rest of her teeth.

Transformation: Himiko's Quirk granted her the ability to transform into the physical appearance of another individual, as well as copy their voice. She can only transform into people whose blood she has ingested. The more blood she drinks, the longer she has access to transforming into that person. She can also copy their clothes, but these appear on top of her skin, forcing her to undress, which she finds embarrassing. When the effect wears off, she is left without clothes, which again embarrasses her.
