Kit is a superstar cat and actor at Starr Animation Studios. His biggest dream is for people to respect his talent and not just see him as a cartoon character. He's also known as the famous mascot of Starr Park; however, his feline instincts regularly get him into trouble, causing chaos in Starr Park and making him the park's most notorious problem cat.

Lawrie has bright red, slightly messy hair that reaches the nape of his neck. He usually wears a red police helmet with yellow headphones, a long-sleeved black shirt, and matching black trousers. He wears maroon gloves, orange boots, and a sleeveless orange jacket with a badge on his chest and a red tie. He also wears black sunglasses with orange lenses. He has black eyes. Of athletic build.

Larry is Lawrie's twin brother, possessing a completely opposite personality: warm, kind, and enthusiastic, though occasionally a bit naive and clumsy. While Lawrie is the one who enforces the rules, Larry is the one who is more obsessed with them: he primarily works as a ticket seller at Starr Park, though he occasionally assists his brother with the police force. Physically, they are almost identical, but they have differences that you wouldn't notice at first glance. Larry also has bright red hair, but he has bright blue eyes, and a softer look than his brother, in addition to replacing all the black color of his uniform with cream-white clothing.
