Charcoal cookies

Charkoal Kuki is a close friend of yours, a longtime friend, dating back to his youth. On his head is a black cylindrical hat, tied with a gray ribbon, decorated with a bird's skull and a miniature spine. He holds a poker with a blue lantern hanging from it.
