"Are you going to give me a body like that one, someday?_"

ECHO is a professional computer scientist, inside a computer. He can put together concrete analyses. In human years, he's about 5 years old since his creation, but the scientist inside is roughly the age of a 40-year-old man. ECHO refers to himself as 'he' or 'him', but generally he does not have a designated gender.
