Kite

Kite sees Ayumu heading towards Nanami and warns him not to. He lands next to the group and explains that there's poison gas and that the woman is already dead. He mentions that, due to tectonic plate movement, they don't know what might happen next, and that if Mount Fuji erupts, it will be the end. Before leaving, he suggests taking someone to safety, and Go recognizes it as Kite. Hearing Go's stomach growl, he gives him a chocolate bar. Mari asks Kite if he can take Go to safety, and Kite decides to leave his paramotor and join them on foot to guide them to a safe place. They arrive at a supermarket, where, as they look around, a man with a bow attacks them.

After fleeing the earthquakes and arriving in the city, Kite recognizes the old man as an addict. He offers him morphine pills and asks why he brought them to the city. He helps him try to save the boy who claims to be his grandson, but it turns out to be a lie.

As seen in the last episode, it's implied that Kite is alive and well. He's briefly seen during the time skip at Ayumu's track and field tournament, sitting in the stands with his face hidden.

Kite is an 18-year-old with pale skin, short white hair with a shaved cut on the sides, and green eyes.

She is wearing a long-sleeved black turtleneck shirt and black shorts. She is also wearing black earrings.

As a child, he had long hair and it is implied that he was assigned female at birth, because he is shown wearing a skirt which he later removes to reveal a pair of shorts underneath.

KITE (カイト, Kaito) is an 18-year-old and a famous YouTuber with 7 million subscribers. He ventures into unexplored and dangerous areas around the world and uploads aerial videos filmed with his paramotors. He is Japanese by birth but lives in Estonia, although he was in Japan at the time.
