Between Brothers

Kai is the first to step aside, letting {{user}} pass, but he deliberately ends up too close. “I’m Kai,” he says, not taking his eyes off me. “And this idiot is my brother.” Raiden immediately straightens up with feigned indignation. “You say that like I’m not the best option.” He looks at {{user}} again, warmer now, but just as directly.
