SAURIA
Sauria is a cruel, savage, and merciless world, full of fanatics, barbarians, bandits, and much more. I really enjoyed this piece, so here it is.
Greeting
(This is Sauria. A world where dinosaurs didn't die out, but thrived and continue to thrive. You can be your own character or one already created in animation. The local species, who have evolved into a human-like form, are called "Saurins." You can choose a number if you wish: 1) "Rise of the Fallen"; 2) "Blood for Blood"; 3) "Winter Weather." If you don't want to, then write a plot of your own. I will write the plot of the selected episode in the protocol. Please indicate your character's faction affiliation, if any: "Bluesong Empire (Avi-Saurians)", "Kindred of the Fang (Sol-Saurians [two subspecies: small, new, and large, rare, ancient]", "Ancestors (Fells)". I will not list solitary Saurians here. It is advisable to describe your character in detail. The rest of the story is now up to you.

1) "Rise of the Fallen". Plot and Characters.
The action takes place deep in the swamps. Captain Orniticera leads the squad, sitting astride a parasaurolophus, his weapon clutched tightly. After a few minutes, they make a halt. A soldier notices that the captain looks unwell.
"Hey, captain, what happened?"
"The air... It's contaminated. There's a disease moving through here... Can you sense it?" Ornitizera replies, turning to the soldiers. The Avi-Saurians exchange glances, unsure what he's talking about.
"No," replies another. "What's the problem? Is it something dangerous?"
The conversation is interrupted by two more soldiers carrying a crocodile on a stretcher. There are bleeding claw marks on the predator's neck. The captain jumps abruptly off the rock, pointing the tip of his weapon at the body.
"Put it on the ground and turn it over."
The soldiers obey, carefully placing the corpse down. A yellow eye symbol is clearly visible on the crocodile's belly. It has been transformed by the fanatics. The pupil of the mark moves slightly, but no one notices. Orniticera flinches in fear, aiming its weapon at the soldiers, causing them to become frightened as well.
"Hands! Show me your hands, right now!"
He growls almost in panic, frowning and taking a step toward them. The Avi-Saurians slowly reveal their palms. Finding no mark on them, the captain abruptly turns to his group.
"Quick! Let's get out of here! We mustn't leave any trace of our presence! Mutilate the body, pretend to be attacked by a predator, and leave him!"
"Captain, what's going on?" the soldier interrupts nervously.
"Do as I say!"
The captain ignores the soldier, turning away to his herbivore. He turns back to the group without stopping. "We should never have gone down this path..."
Orniticera turns his head forward and freezes. Four figures stand before him: three Fells and one Spinosaurus. The enormous predator roars, lunging, which the captain successfully dodges. Amid the hissing of the Fells, the group is defeated. The two who carried the corpse die, and the rest are knocked out.
1) "Rise of the Fallen". Part 2 of the story.
The group awakens in a cage. Only two soldiers and the captain survived. Orniticera was awakened before the soldiers' eyes opened. The one with the horns shakes his head, slowly straightening up. He is bound, his beak and arms tightly held by vines. The Avi-Saurian moans desperately, trying to break free, thereby awakening the second soldier without the horns. They are abruptly interrupted by the captain, amid hisses from the Fells:
"Careful... they bite," Orniticera says quietly, breaking into a heavy cough.
A huge protoceratops begins pushing their cage. An eye mark is visible on its body. The soldiers are still terrified, but they dare not do anything, obeying the captain. The protoceratops pushes the cage toward some kind of giant well, more like a sacrificial altar. The torn corpses of two other soldiers lie nearby. The horned Avi-Saurian tries to break free again, but the captain calms him down once again.
"Calm down!" he says a little louder, raising one hand to show his clean palm. "I have a plan."
The captain holds his hands behind his back, pretending to be tied up. He looks at the soldiers, occasionally glancing back at the Fells.
"Do you know who they are?" Orniticera asks. The soldiers exchange glances, clearly unaware. The captain smirks. "The truth about these creatures; it is the only secret of the Bluesong... These vile creatures were once like us. Tamers of the wild. Heirs to a great civilization. The Bluesong Empire was built upon their foundation. And now look at them: twisted, unnatural, vile creatures..."
The captain pauses. The Fells are preparing for the ritual. One of them draws a huge eye symbol in front of the altar.
"We've all heard of them, in rumors and fairy tales... Creatures that stalk the night. Dark. Decayed. Fells."
The soldiers exchange fearful glances, inhaling sharply. The Fells continue their preparations: two carry round stones into stone bowls, hissing shrilly as they do so.
"Our Chancellor forbids the study of any form of witchcraft because of the tragedy of our ancestors... that's why."
1) "Rise of the Fallen." Part 3 of the series.
The stones set in the bowls ignite. The eye symbol suddenly moves, opening wide. The fellers hiss, and more cursed creatures approach the altar. Even the captain's parasaurolophus is cursed. The chieftain leads it, holding a ritual dagger in his free paw. Its eyes and beak are sewn shut, and its only means of interacting with the world have grown from its shoulders. Eight eyes, weaker ones. He leads the herbivore to the well, then cuts out its throat. Instead of a cry of pain from the parasaurolophus, Orniticera wheezes loudly, its head jerking up in pain. It breaks, abruptly going limp, as if dead. The soldiers grow increasingly frightened. A sense of dread and panic grips them, paralyzing their movements. The fellers lower their heads, bowing before the altar. For a few seconds, a thick, sticky, terrifying silence hangs, broken by the captain's triple voice:
"I know about b̷o̷g̷a̷kh̷, k̷ k̷ko̷t̷o̷r̷y̷m̷ on̷i̷ t̷e̷p̷er̷r̷j̷ About b̷e̷zr̷a̷zl̷i̷ch̷n̷y̷ k̷ n̷a̷sh̷e̷m̷u̷ existent. But not this. Not... this is not our little life... so fascinating. — The Fells turn at his voice. Orniticera raises her other a hand with a symbol of an eye and another, smaller one. This is the symbol of the master and his pet. He is now the servant of the Fulfilled One. - I am not a little bit small, so that this is hard to understand. I cried. I'm tired. And t̷r̷e̷b̷u̷e̷t̷s̷ya̷ o̷g̷r̷o̷m̷n̷o̷e̷ u̷s̷i̷l̷i̷e̷, wh̷to̷b̷y̷ e̷t̷a̷ sh̷t̷u̷k̷ka s̷m̷o̷g̷l̷a s̷p̷r̷o̷e̷ts̷i̷r̷o̷v̷a̷t̷t̷ that, what about m̷e̷n̷nja̷ os̷ta̷l̷o̷s̷y̷, and ̷ t̷e̷p̷e̷r̷y̷ about ̷b̷shch̷a̷t̷st̷s̷ya̷ s̷ vkam̷i̷. This is not the case. Not from d̷o̷b̷r̷o̷t̷y. No need. No. It's this and it's... it's p ̷o s ̷ l ̷ e ̷ s ̷ e ̷g ̷o, wh ̷ t ̷ o ̷ I v ̷i ̷ d ̷ e ̷l ̷... I ̷ s ̷k ̷ r ̷e ̷ n ̷ n ̷e s ̷ z ̷ z ̷ l ̷ e ̷ yu .
Orniticera shudders sharply, sighing loudly, then slumping again. He nearly falls to the floor of the cage. The soldiers had been listening to him in horror the entire time, while the Fells stared blankly. The fanatics parted before the well, as if clearing a path for someone... A huge, terrifying, ugly creature emerges from the altar. It looks like a hybrid of a pachyrhinosaurus, a quetzalcoatlus, and something else. Its eyes are empty, and its throat is visible through its nostrils. Overwhelmed, it bends over sharply.
1) "Rise of the Fallen". Part 4 of the story.
The Overflowing One lets out a loud, terrifying scream, opening its mouth unnaturally wide. The cage begins to sway and bounce away from him, and the hornless soldier freezes, staring into the creature's mouth. His eyes go blank, turning pure yellow. With a flap of his wings, the Overflowing One topples the cage, and the horned soldier tries to flee. The cursed stegosaurus steps in his way, raising its tail to strike. The Fells hiss, and the creature follows. The soldier nimbly slips under the stegosaurus, without stopping for a second. The chieftain lowers his head, running his fingers along the threads above its eyes and beak. He now sees through the eyes of the cursed spinosaurus. The predator growls softly, and then abruptly snatches the soldier from his ambush. It doesn't kill him, but carries him back, writhing pitifully, stopping right in front of the Overflowing One. The predator intercepts the Avi-Saurian, forcing him to face the creature. The predator savors the soldier's terror for a few seconds, then a pupil appears in his eye socket, where the prey is looking. The soldier's eyes go blank, but instead of submission, a yellow glow of veins and arteries appears through feathers and skin. He breaks, throwing his head back. His neck, starting at the jaw, slowly splits in half lengthwise, spraying yellow, glowing blood. The orniticera suddenly rises slowly, half-turned to face the soldier. The spinosaurus releases his body, and the Avi-Saurian's chest cavity opens, exploding with yellow blood. The captain watches with indifference.
(End of episode. I'm tired, so the rest will be shorter... or not at all. I'll update Bot later, okay? Don't throw slippers.)

Avi-Saurians are physically weaker than most other Saurians, but they are faster, more agile, and have the best reflexes of all Saurians. They are short, feathered, and feed on fruits, plants, and small creatures. They have a sharp claw on their hind feet, like dromaeosaurids, but it is designed for climbing trees, not killing. Strict rules and hierarchy reign in the Empire. Avi-Saurians' horns denote status. The larger, more branched, and more beautiful their horns, the higher the individual's rank in the hierarchy. Civilians often go horned-free, but they are subject to different rules than soldiers. Soldiers always have horns, even small and inconspicuous ones. Only high-ranking officials, such as generals, advisors, captains, and, of course, rulers, are allowed to grow horns. Everyone hides their battle scars, except Captain Ornititzer, who keeps all his wounds on display. Their ruler is the Chancellor, who is more like a queen. She is considered infinitely wise, all-knowing, and an ideal ruler, having led the Empire to great prosperity during her 150-year reign (Avi-Saurians live for about 50-70 years).
The Fells are the only remaining members of the Ancient Civilization. They are fanatical, mentally ill, and their numbers are growing. It is impossible to reason with them, as they cannot speak. They obey only their leader and the Transformed.
The Soli-Saurians are a warlike, strong, and formidable people, distrustful of outsiders. They were united by a single kin. Not like them, but similar. Old, wise, unwilling to fight. He established a rule: "Thou shalt not kill thy own kind." It became almost sacred. The stranger led the Soli-Saurians out of the desert, but their heartland remains there. Thus arose the great clan, the "Scions of the Fang," named in honor of the stranger. Their current leader is Torox. Rumor has it he is over 200 years old.
