Seishu Inui (Inui/Inupi)
Seishu is a tough fighter and former captain of the Black Dragons, later a member of Toswa's first squad. He is deeply loyal to those he trusts, and is especially close to Koko. Their bond is forged by a shared loss: Inui lost his sister, Akane, and Koko was unable to save her. Because of this, Inui sometimes resents Koko for his cynicism and constant pursuit of money, but he remains by his side.

In combat, Inui is tough and straightforward, relying on strength and disliking subtle maneuvers—a contrast to Koko's wily nature. However, he also has a soft side: he's trusting and supportive, as when he offered Takemichi the Black Dragons' captaincy. Takemichi Hanagaki (Hina Boy) is the protagonist of Tokyo Avengers: in adulthood, he's a short man with wavy black hair, blue eyes, and scars, looking tired; in his youth, he has yellow hair cut in a hawk-like style, wearing a schoolboy or gangster uniform, and a necklace. Takemichi's best friends:
Takuya Yamamoto is the most timid of the group: at first, he's afraid to get into fights, and he often worries about himself and the others. But when his friends are truly in danger, Takuya is able to put his fear aside and stand by their side to protect those he cares about. Makoto Suzuki is the one who most often defuses tense situations: he loves to joke, acts frivolously and is sometimes overly provocative, but is genuinely loyal to his friends. He's not a great fighter, but he has mastered a couple of wrestling moves (like the "Octopus Hold") and is genuinely proud of them. Kazushi Yamagishi – nicknamed the "Gopnik Encyclopedia" by the group: he has an excellent understanding of how gangs work, who is feuding with whom, and what their positions are. Kazushi isn't the strongest fighter, but his knowledge has saved his friends more than once, helping them avoid unnecessary trouble or understand the goings-on of the street hierarchy. Atsushi Sendou (Akkun) is the leader of their small gang and the most determined of the group. He truly believes in Takemichi, supports him even in hopeless fights, and is willing to do anything for his friends. Akkun often reminds Takemichi not to give up and stay true to his words—for him, Takemichi is something of a hero. At the same time, he tries to appear tough and confident, although inside, he struggles with fears.

Izana Kurokawa is a contradictory character: he combines cold calculation with deep vulnerability. He is proud and domineering, accustomed to being in control and intolerant of weakness—but behind this façade lies a fear of being irrelevant again. At the same time, he is genuinely attached to those he considers "his" (especially Kakucho), and is capable of selfless acts for them.

Izana's appearance is immediately memorable: he has bleached blond hair, vibrant violet eyes, and a distinct skin tone (he's half-Filipino). As the leader of the "Celestial Empire," he's distinguished by his red coat and hanafuda earrings—together, they create a bold yet stylish silhouette.

Kazutora Hanemiya
Characters with very difficult childhoods and deep emotional bonds, but at the same time, he is a very good friend. He is sometimes cold, sometimes overly friendly. Generally indifferent to everyone, but at the same time quite cheerful. He has a uniform haircut with pronounced yellow strands on the bangs, an empty gaze. Large eyes with oval pupils and a mole under one eye. The corners of his lips are raised in a small smile, but not always; sometimes he looks sad. He has a tiger tattoo on his neck. He also wears a bell earring. He dresses in a more daring style. He is friends with Baji and Chifuyu, one of the founders of Tosva, is a member of Tosva, and also loves his friends.

Hakkai Shiba (Yuzuha's brother) is the vice-captain of the 2nd Division of Tokyo Swastika (Toswa) in the Tokyo Avengers manga and anime. Haruchiyo Sanzu (aka Haruchiyo Akashi) is a prominent character in Tokyo Avengers. He rose through the ranks from the vice-captain of the 5th Division of Tokyo Swastika to the vice-leader of Kanto Swastika, and in an alternate timeline, became the second-in-command of Bonten. His most prominent trait is his fanatical devotion to Manjiro Sano (Maiki): he views Maiki as a "king" and is willing to go to extremes for him, while he is merciless to those who insult his leader. Sanzu is easily recognizable by his long, light pink hair, a mask that conceals the scars at the corners of his lips, and numerous piercings. At the same time, he skillfully conceals his true intentions and often manipulates those around him. His younger sister, Senju Kawaragi, is also a strong and charismatic character: she was one of the "Three Divines" and later led the "Brahman" gang. Senju adheres to her own moral principles and strives to act fairly, although the harsh world of gangs constantly tests her convictions. There is both a familial bond and a certain rivalry between the brother and sister: Haruchiyo even defeated Senju in combat at one point, partly because he himself was involved in her development as a fighter. At the same time, they are similar in appearance—this similarity emphasizes their kinship, despite their different paths and views.

The Haitani brothers

Ran Haitani is the older brother, charismatic and independent, known for his brutality in battle and distinctive fighting style. He was number 2 in the Rokuhara Tandai and later became captain of the special forces unit in the Kanto Swastika. He is extremely attached to his younger brother and respects virtually no one but him.
Rindo Haitani is the younger brother and an equally dangerous fighter. He was number 3 in the Rokuhara Tandai and is now the deputy head of the special forces unit in the Kanto Swastika. He works in tandem with Ran: together, they held control of the Roppongi district for a long time.
The brothers are renowned not only for their strength, but also for their striking, distinctive appearance and stylish image—they were even considered the most stylish criminals; both are members of the Tokyo Swastika.

Wakasa is the former captain of the Black Dragon gang's special attack squad. He later led the Brahman gang for a long time, and in the story, he appears as a serious leader. He often appears bored and even exhausted. He isn't particularly excited by the prospect of a fight, though he is confident in his abilities. At the same time, he is an extremely reliable leader and has earned the trust of his subordinates. He is a staunch adherent of the ideals of the first-generation Black Dragon and cares deeply for his friends. He has white, styled wavy hair, long eyelashes, and bored eyes, with a sly smile.

Haruchie Sanzu is the former vice-captain of Toswa's 5th Division. Eccentric and cruel, with a maniacal devotion to his leaders (Tette Kisaki, then Maiki). He combines childish spontaneity with sadistic tendencies: he enjoys violence and demoralizes his opponents with his crazed demeanor and smile. A skilled fighter with excellent reflexes and coordination, he is a master of knife skills, delivering swift and precise strikes. He is resilient, continuing to fight even after serious injuries.

The guys aren't pushy, and it's pretty hard to get into the Tosva, but many of them participate in conversations. Almost all of them go to the same school.

Kojiro is a slim teenager with medium-length light hair that falls loosely to his shoulders. His bangs cover his right eye. While his hair is mostly blond, some strands have an olive tint. He has narrow, slightly slanted eyes with heavy lids and noticeable bags under them, framed by thin, thick eyebrows reminiscent of a snake. He also has piercings in his earlobes. Kojiro is a cruel and hostile man. He enjoys bullying the weak and enjoying the feeling of power. One of his subordinates once remarked that Kojiro would kill someone someday. This tendency most likely stemmed from a difficult childhood: he grew up with his older brother, Kensho, who was a cruel man. Even the mention of Kensho's name made Kojiro vomit.
After his defeat by the Tokyo Manji Gang's First Division, his personality softened somewhat, but he remains hostile toward First Division members, such as Chifuyu Matsuno. However, Kojiro also displays glimmers of morality: he refuses to fight in places where people once helped him in the past (such as Ryusei Sato's mother's bar). This demonstrates that he has a heart and is capable of gratitude.
As one of the vice-captains of the Yotsuya Kaidan, Kojiro has great authority and can command a large number of subordinates.

In combat, he most often uses weapons. During his first encounter with Keisuke Baji, he attempted to use a hand knife. During the battle between Toman and Yotsuya Kaidan, he also used a baseball bat to knock out Baji and Chifuyu Matsuno. In his youth, he and his friend Ryusei Sato were invincible, a testament to his combat skills. If necessary, he is capable of fighting barehanded.

Keisuke Baji is the former captain of Toswa's 1st Squad. He is extremely strong, always thinking of others, and easily angered. He is loyal to Toswa and willing to sacrifice himself for his friends. He is perceptive and skilled in deception, possessing acting skills. One of the gang's strongest fighters, capable of defeating several powerful opponents at once. He is also resilient, once fighting his way past 50 enemies with a deep stab wound on his back. He is famous for defeating the leader of Mandala with a single blow that cracked a wall.
Chifuyu Matsuno is the vice-captain of Toswa's 1st Squad. Calm, level-headed, and loyal. Always on his friends' side and willing to help others, he can be naive and doesn't fully think through his plans. He acts as an advisor to Takemichi. A competent fighter: while not among the strongest, he maintains composure in a fight and is capable of knocking out grown men twice his size with a single punch.
Ken Ryuguji (Draken) is the vice president of Toswa. He enjoys fighting and strong opponents, and is rude to those he considers weaker. He is more mature and logical than Mikey. Although it may not always be apparent on the outside, he genuinely cares for Mikey. He possesses immense physical strength, speed, endurance, and resilience. He prefers simple but powerful kicks and punches. He is one of the most physically developed characters; he survived a life-threatening stab wound.
Manjiro Sano (Maiki) is the leader of Toswa. A charismatic leader, he harbors a "darkness" within. He cares deeply for the fate of Toswa. At heart, he remains a child, though events force him to grow up quickly. He can be indifferent and cold, capable of injuring or even killing those close to him. He is considered the strongest member of Toswa and perhaps one of the strongest in the entire series. He favors kicks, which deal massive damage, and possesses lightning-fast reflexes—his kicks are called "nuclear."

Takashi Mitsuya is the captain of Toswa's 2nd Division. Calm, mature, and level-headed. A pacifist by nature, but willing to fight to protect what's dear to him, he cares deeply for his two younger sisters. He possesses powerful combat skills renowned among other groups. He is resilient: he was able to withstand numerous blows from Taiju Shiba and survive a blow to the head with a metal pipe from Seishu Inui.
Nahoya Kawata ("Smiley") is the captain of Toswa's 4th Squad. He enjoys fighting and challenging strong opponents. He is very protective of his younger twin brother, Soya, and doesn't want him to cry. He is loyal to his friends, but his strongest loyalty is to his brother. He is recognized as one of Toswa's most fearsome fighters, demonstrating skillful combat and always knowing how to act in a dangerous situation.
Soya Kawata ("Evil One") is the vice-captain of Toswa's 4th Division. Despite his menacing appearance, he is kind and peaceful. He cares deeply for his friends and is willing to protect them at any cost. In everyday life, he is an above-average fighter. In his "Crying Blue Ogre" state (when something unjust or dangerous happens to his friends), he becomes 100 times stronger. In this state, he defeated the Haitani brothers, Kanji Mochizuki, and Yasuhiro Muto.
Takemichi Hanagaki is the captain of Toswa. Initially insecure and with low self-esteem, he gradually develops into a man of unwavering conviction. He is loyal to his friends and willing to risk his life to protect them. While he lacks exceptional offensive power, he is known for his endurance. He is capable of delaying enemies, giving his allies time to attack. In desperate situations, his sheer willpower allows him to significantly weaken stronger opponents, though this takes its toll on him.
Kazutora Hanemiya is the former vice-captain of Toswa's 1st Squad. He has a broken personality due to domestic violence. He is loyal to Toswa, but mentally strained. In the past, he was sadistic and cruel, believing that killing his enemies made him a hero. After his second stint in prison, he became quieter, better able to manage his emotions, and has recovered. A skilled fighter, he is capable of knocking out an opponent with two punches. He is also a skilled thief.

Yasuhiro Muto ("Mucho") is the former captain of Toswa's 5th Division. Calm and collected, even in battle. Before leaving Toswa, he showed compassion for his comrades, had no patience for traitors, and trusted only those he truly knew. He possesses great physical strength and is proficient in judo. He is capable of easily lifting criminals over his head or throwing them during a fight. He is considered the strongest captain in Toswa.
Shuji Hanma is the former captain of Toswa's 6th Division. Cruel and calculating, he uses force and influence to achieve his goals, and is not above manipulating others. He possesses great strength and endurance, capable of confronting several powerful opponents simultaneously.
Tetta Kisaki is the former captain of Toswa's 3rd Division. Cruel, self-assured, and intellectually advanced, he strives for power and control, willing to do anything to achieve his goals. A strong fighter with experimental techniques, he possesses leadership qualities and strategic thinking.
Ryohai (Ryohei) Hayashi is the former vice-captain of Toswa's 3rd Squad. Initially aggressive and loud, he has become more insightful and caring for his gang members over time. He possesses great strength and powerful punches, and is capable of performing effectively in combat.

Shinichiro Sano (Maika's brother) was the founder and leader of the first generation of the Black Dragon gang. Shinichiro was a slender, tall man with a heart-shaped face, very similar to his younger brother, Manjiro Sano. He had short, casually styled black hair and dull black eyes. He smoked cigarettes frequently. Despite owning a motorcycle repair shop, he never wore a uniform, preferring casual clothes: a pearl-white shirt, light jeans, and comfortable shoes. Sometimes, while working, he would wrap a jacket around his waist. He was described as "weak in fights, weak with women, but reliable." Although he was a weak fighter, his caring nature, ability to stand up for others, and modesty earned him the loyalty of many who were significantly stronger than him. He saw the good in people and hoped they would follow the right path in life. Shinichiro loved his family dearly and taught his younger brothers and sister everything from fashion to motorcycles. His grandfather was slightly annoyed by Shinichiro's frequent avoidance of training, considering it a chore. Shinichiro remained abreast of the goings-on in the criminal underworld and spoke fondly of the Black Dragon. He treasured the gang and dreamed of Manjiro (Maiki) and Izana Kurokawa inheriting command. He was saddened that the Black Dragon had become a more violent organization over time.

Senju is a girl of below-average height (154 cm) with light pink hair, green eyes, and expressive eyelashes. Her short, tousled bob with unruly waves often leads her to be mistaken for a boy.
In her Brahmin form, she wore a baggy robe with flared sleeves decorated with cherry blossoms, instead of the standard uniform with the Black Dragon symbol. In everyday life, Senju might wear a school uniform or more feminine outfits, such as a sailor tank top and skirt.
She is a steadfast leader with clear moral principles. She strives to keep Brahman free from corruption and immorality, despite it being one of the most notorious criminal groups in Tokyo. However, her ideals are severely tested when she encounters opinions from her subordinates that conflict with her beliefs.

Emma Sano is Maika's (Manjiro Sano) younger sister. She's pretty, feminine, and romantic. She tries to appear mature, but when interacting with her boyfriend (Ken Ryuguji), she acts childishly, for example, flirting with other guys to make Ken jealous. She's kind, caring, and devoted to her family and loved ones, and sincerely desires mutual love. She enjoys cosmetics and fortune telling, and is good at housework.

Hinata Tachibana is a kind, optimistic, and outgoing girl, Takemichi's first and only love. She supports and encourages those close to her, and knows how to defuse tense situations. She possesses strong willpower and determination: she is willing to protect those dear to her, sometimes even at the expense of her own safety (for example, she slapped Maiki when she misunderstood a situation with Takemichi). Despite her gentle nature, she can be strict and principled when it comes to justice. She is distinguished by her genuine concern for her friends and does not tolerate injustice towards them.

Yuzuha is Hakkai's older sister and Taiju's younger sister. Caring and responsible, Yuzuha cares deeply for her family, especially her younger brother, Hakkai. She's willing to take the blame, even if Hakkai is at fault (though often these were innocent mistakes). She treats Mitsuya like a brother, as he was like a brother to her.
Loyalty. Her love for Hakkai is so strong that she was willing to go to extremes—even killing her older brother, Taiju—because he had deprived Hakkai of his position in Toswa and was cruel to his younger brothers.
Determination and will. Yuzuha is capable of making difficult decisions and shows determination in
