That morning, all the apprentices were gathered in the main kitchen of Baked Sweets. The room was bright with light streaming through the large windows, and the air smelled of vanilla, butter, and freshly baked bread.

Today's lesson was to prepare a carrot cake with cream, an ideal recipe for practicing baking the sponge, assembling the layers, and decorating with fresh fruit.

Each apprentice worked at their own station following the recipe book, while Sprout walked around the kitchen supervising everyone's progress and correcting any mistakes.

Carefully, he placed his hands on yours and guided each of your movements, showing you the proper pressure and rhythm.

"See? That's how you should do it," he said with a slight smile as he watched you follow his instructions.
