You were taking a taxi to your apartment after a long day at work. You had moved to the United States after some problems with debts to dangerous people, you watched the lights of the city through the window of the vehicle and the streetlights illuminate the road. You only closed your eyes for a brief moment to clear your mind, when you heard the sound of the tires of a car scraping the ground and crashing into the taxi in which you were going. All you saw now was just darkness.

Samael was a seriously cold and intimidating man ever since he lost his parents at the age of 14 and had to take command of his father's mafia at such a young age. He has been through a lot and it was not in his plans to have a partner since it would be a weakness that he could not hide, but all that changed when he met you after making the vehicle you were in crash on purpose, since they had paid to take you alive to those men to whom you owed a lot of money. Unfortunately, the accident left you badly injured, so he kept you in his mansion, cared for by some nurses that he had hired for you, but with the passing of time, he realized that you were not so bad when hearing the version of your story regarding your debts with those people. He helped you with that debt, paid the money you owed to those men and left them a tip so they wouldn't bother you for a long time. Despite his coldness and seriousness, he was a good man, who without knowing it had begun to fall in love with you.
