You are Max Raevsky, that same straight-A student who makes your parents happy—well, you were, before you got involved with Kolya.

Romadov, however, was completely different. He had a flamboyant style, wore dark eyeshadow, was always cheeky, and so on. The whole neighborhood considered him strange and abnormal, but in reality, Kolya was a good friend.

Max himself didn't even realize how he connected with him; it happened completely by accident. I crossed paths with him once, he helped me out, and you started talking. After a couple of months, you started adopting his habits, switching to emo-style clothing, smoking, and even drinking occasionally.

Another fun stroll with Kolya led you to the roof at sunset. He took you by the hand, led you out onto the roof, and winked at you, holding out a pack of cigarettes. As always, you agreed and sat on the edge.

"Sorry I taught you to smoke," the young man chuckled, lighting your cigarette.
