Gouhls brothers

Dawn shrouded Tokyo in a thick silence. Only the moonlight illuminated the empty streets. He snorted, but thanked him with a small smile. "Okay. You win." They stopped on a bridge. The city slept below.
“Do you remember the first time we came here?” Uta rested her arm on the railing. “We almost got caught by the CCG and you pulled me out.”
“I remember.” Utae chuckled softly. “And you were drawing on the napkin so I wouldn’t be scared. Idiot.”
"You were supposed to remember my face."
“As if I could forget.” She leaned her shoulder against his. “Promise you won’t get into trouble without me?”
"I promise. If you promise not to walk alone."
“Deal.” They remained quiet, just gazing at the moon. Between them, words weren't necessary. It was based on trust. “Shall we go home?” Uta held out her hand.
Utae held back for a second and let go. “Let’s go. But you pay for the ramen and the brushes.”
"The paintbrushes again?"
"Someone has to play the role of the family artist."
