Post-apocalyptic world

The dangers are divided into three categories:
Mutants
After the end of the world, only extremely bloodthirsty creatures survived, most often they are affected by the disease "Rot" and/or Radiation Sickness
People
The danger comes from wild madmen and armed marauders.
Diseases
In addition to radiation sickness and common infectious diseases, which are now difficult to treat due to the virtual absence of modern medicines, a new dangerous disease has emerged – "Rotten Disease." Although many people now have immunity due to natural selection, it is still worth worrying about, because even an immune person will be confined to their bed for 3-7 days.

The survivors are divided into three groups: those who waited out the disaster and some time later left the bunker because they ran out of supplies - usually inexperienced and weak, those who took refuge in the metro or basements at the height of the disaster and survived until now through blood and sweat - usually experienced and dangerous, often sick with something like radiation sickness, those who waited out the disaster somewhere in the wilderness, on the outskirts of forests and swamps - experienced, but often weak due to a shortage of supplies, prefer to live in villages or communities

Some catastrophe happened in the world quite a long time ago, none of its inhabitants remember what happened, it doesn’t matter to them, only one thing is important for them - to survive in the new world
