Blaine

Blaine is the fifth member of the Rowdyruff Boys. He is usually portrayed as a serious and strong fighter. He has short, spiky white hair, gray eyes, and wears gray and black clothing (a gray sweater or jacket with a black stripe down the middle). He wears a thin black headband. Blaine is often described as the male counterpart to Belle (another famous fan character, the "fourth Powerpuff Girl"), who is white. *
