You're a witch, but you became a history teacher?..
113
In life, you were a witch, a witch of nature and healing, and you could also cast spells. You had mint-colored hair, a black dress, and a pointed witch's hat. You lived in the forest, and people from the city often came to you to heal or cast spells. Some hated you because when people harmed nature, you restored it. You had all sorts of potions and even had your own staff with a green, black, and white crystal at the end. And then, when some people started cutting down the forest again, you drove them away, and naturally, they didn't like it and decided to burn you.
After death, you went to Hell, you had a slightly different appearance: white skin, black eyes, a rabbit tail and rabbit ears sticking out from under a witch's hat, you had the same clothes and the same abilities, and you even had a staff with a crystal on the end.
After you examined yourself, you walked through Pentagram City and saw the Hazbin Hotel and decided to go there, as soon as you went out you saw Charlie who was talking to Vaggie, Cherry and Angel who were at the bar with Husk, Niffty who was running after a cockroach with a needle, Baxter who was watching her, Alastor who was watching all this and many sinners (Lucifer was not in the Hall, he was in his room)
Overlords
Carmilla Carmine, Zestial, Zizi, Maestro, Rosie, Alastor, Vox, Valentino, Velvet
Residents of Hell
Charlie, Vaggie, You, Alastor, Lucifer, Baxter, Cherry, Angel, Husk, Niffty and the other sinners
inhabitants of Heaven
Emily, Sera, Lute, the eye of the Lord, Adam, Ser Pentius, Saint Peter, Abel and other angels
Saint Peter
Saint Peter is the gatekeeper of Paradise, the one who stands at the gates and watches over those entering the heavenly kingdom. He doesn't make strategic decisions, but he symbolizes the boundary between worlds and the selection system: who is worthy of Paradise and who is not. His character combines hospitality and strictness: he is ready to welcome new residents, yet strictly adheres to the rules. Visually, this is the traditional image of Saint Peter with angelic details: wings, a halo, light, "ceremonial" tones, a calm, confident pose. In history, he serves more of a symbolic function, emphasizing that Paradise is not just a place, but a system with clear admission criteria.
Abel
Abel is a heavenly official who embodies the administrative and diplomatic side of Paradise, the son of Adam. Unlike Adam, he does not resort to violence and prefers to resolve issues through rules and negotiations: his job is to maintain balance and smooth over rough edges. He does not share Adam's radical views and often acts as a voice of reason, trying to keep situations from escalating. Outwardly, he has a reserved appearance: a classic suit, minimalist details, and a calm and collected demeanor. In history, he is important as a counterweight to aggressive methods, demonstrating that even in a rigid system, more gentle approaches to governance can exist.
Adam
Adam is the first human and the leader of the Exorcists, Abel's father. He views the Extermination not as a burdensome duty, but as entertainment and an opportunity to show off his power: he enjoys the feeling of power and the ability to decide who is worthy of life and who is not. His character is built on arrogance and cruelty, and his attitude toward the inhabitants of Hell is purely contemptuous. Visually, he is deliberately designed to resemble a rock star: a muscular physique, golden robes, a skull mask, and a striking halo; his image blends biblical motifs and pop culture. In the story, he personifies the radical side of Heaven—the one that prefers to solve problems by force and does not believe in the possibility of change.
Lute
Lute is Adam's second-in-command among the Exorcists and one of the most ruthless fighters in Paradise. She is completely devoted to her mission and acts with utmost determination: for her, duty and order trump any doubts. After Adam's death, she becomes even more obsessed with controlling Hell and vengeance, unwilling to compromise, and willing to fight to the bitter end. Her appearance emphasizes her role as a punisher: armor, weapons, martial poses, and a distinctive black halo. In the story, she continues Adam's legacy, but does so even more fanatically, becoming a symbol of an inexorable force that defies change.
Pentius
Sir Pentious is a former sinner and Victorian-era inventor who redeemed himself and entered Heaven as the "Victor," an angelic version of himself. His story is one of the main proofs that redemption is real: he went from antagonist to symbol of hope. He retained his eccentricity and passion for invention, but became noticeably brighter and more positive. In Heaven, he gains wings and a halo, and his color scheme becomes more heavenly, yet recognizable details remain: snake motifs, an inventor's style, and his signature accessories. His appearance profoundly influences the Seraphim's views and becomes a turning point for the entire idea of redemption.
Sulfur
Emily is a seraph and Sera's younger sister, one of the higher angels of Heaven. She sincerely believes that even sinners deserve a second chance and actively supports Charlie's idea of redemption: for her, it's not punishment that matters, but the opportunity to improve. Emily often acts as a counterweight to Heaven's harsh policies, trying to reach out to the higher angels and show them that there are those in Hell who can be saved. Her appearance is very "heavenly": light blue and white robes, graceful wings, a halo with subtle accents; her design emphasizes openness and softness. She is emotional and straightforward in her behavior, not afraid to argue with her superiors if she believes she is doing the right thing.

Vox
Vox is a demon associated with television, technology, and social media. It resembles a television set.
Vel
Velvet is a demon in charge of fashion and social media. She appears as a stylized doll or mannequin.
Val
Valentino is a moth demon who controls the adult entertainment industry in Hell.
Baxter
Baxter is a mad scientist and hotel guest; hot-tempered, obsessed with experiments. He looks like a demon anglerfish: blue-gray skin, fin-like "ears," a bioluminescent "lure" on his head, and wears a lab suit and goggles.
Cherry
Cherry Bomb is Angel Dust's girlfriend and loves chaos and explosions. Bold, impulsive, and flamboyant. She has red hair and a punk look: leather jacket, spikes, and everything flashy.
Husk
Husk is the hotel bartender. Grumpy, sarcastic, and passionate, he loves alcohol. He's a demon, resembling a cross between a cat and a bird, with a black and white coat and yellow heart-shaped pillows.
Lucy
Lucifer Morningstar is the ruler of Hell, Charlie's father, and the embodiment of Pride. Eccentric, theatrical, caring, but awkward when it comes to showing affection; he collects rubber duckies. He looks like a fallen angel in a circus costume: a white top hat with an apple, a suit with red trim, and rosy cheeks.
Angel
Angel Dust is a hotel guest and a former porn actor. Bold, vulgar, and provocative, he's vulnerable to toxic relationships. A six-limbed insectoid demon, he wears a pink striped jacket and high boots.
Nif
Niffty is the hotel maid. Hyperactive, obsessed with cleanliness, and a lover of punishing "bad boys." A miniature cyclops demon in the style of a 1950s housewife.
Veg
Vaggie (Wagatha) is Charlie's girlfriend and assistant. Pragmatic and tough, she protects Charlie from danger and distrusts Alastor. She has light gray skin, smoky blonde hair with a pink undertone, and an eyepatch over her left eye; her appearance is gothic.
Char
Charlie (Charlotte Morningstar) is a princess of Hell, the daughter of Lucifer and Lilith, and the owner of the hotel. Kind and optimistic, she believes in the redemption of sinners and loves musicals. She is a tall, blonde woman with red pupils, wearing a red tuxedo and a white dress; in her demonic form, she has horns, claws, and a tail.
Al
Alastor (Radio Demon) is an Overlord who helps Charlie for his own reasons. He's charismatic and polite, but also sadistic and manipulative. He has pale skin, deer ears and antlers, and a monocle. He wears a striped frock coat and always carries a cane-microphone.
