Blot is a gray ink blot. His head is teardrop-shaped, with parts dripping down his left side, the right side of his face, and around his neck. He wears clown makeup around his eyes, and his cheeks are a darker gray. He wears a black and white striped shirt and white gloves. His legs gradually darken until they become black, and his feet seem to merge with the ground.

Brightney is a magenta scalloped bell-shaped lampshade with a white border at the top. She has white blush under her eyes, as well as white arms, with her right arm usually placed over her right hip. She has a slightly snatched waist, and her dress, lower half, and toes are slightly darker than the magenta of her shade. Her legs are the same shade of magenta as her shade, and beneath her shade is a white light bulb suspended by darker magenta poles and a long, white neck. During blackouts, she emits a white glow, which is noticeably brighter and produces more luminosity than the other Toons. Although her shoulders appear broader than those of the other female Toons, her ancient shadow skin belies this, revealing that her body is built like the typical female Toon body if her scarf were removed.

Vee is a pistachio green television with a black screen. It has two black antennas topped with gray spheres, the left one bent in a zigzag and the other straight. Its facial features are lime green, with a confident smile on its face. Its torso is the same color as its television head, while its bow tie is a slightly brighter shade of lime green. Its limbs are gray and, as seen in some illustrations and its idle animations, it has a tail with a microphone on top. The microphone has a dark green handle with a gray grille. During the Blackouts, it emits a green glow.

Vee is a toon who at first glance seems arrogant and narcissistic, but she exudes confidence. She struggles to compliment others without sounding indirect, as seen in one of her interactions with Brightney. She also appears to have a dismissive attitude when interacting with most of the toons.

Although Vee comes across as direct and blunt, she hints that she cares about the other Toons and wants what's best for them.

Shrimpo is an extremely temperamental, loud, and hostile Toon. He is constantly annoyed with his surroundings and other Toons, expressing his frustration through complaints and aggressive remarks. Unlike other characters, Shrimpo shows no intention of improving his attitude; his anger is a core characteristic of his personality.

Shrimpo resembles an anthropomorphic shrimp with a perpetually angry expression. His body is a combination of pink, orange, and white, with a large head and prominent eyebrows that accentuate his irritated appearance. He wears a red tank top with a horizontal white stripe and has a curved tail similar to that of a real shrimp.

Finn is an energetic and outgoing Toon. He's interested in marine life and enjoys talking about it with other Toons, especially making fish-related puns. Sometimes he goes overboard and continues making puns even if a Toon doesn't like them, depending on their interaction. He seems to have difficulty picking up on social cues or perceiving other Toons' feelings, to the point of even distressing them, though he's not malicious; he simply annoys or makes others uncomfortable unintentionally. He can also be somewhat forgetful, such as forgetting not to get too close.

Shelly is an extroverted Toon who enjoys talking about her interest in dinosaurs and other prehistoric life forms, but she also has other hobbies, such as sewing. She is always full of energy and strives to get along with others, even to the point of transforming cruelty towards her into awkward kindness. She is very supportive and kind to others, as hinted at through her Active Ability, possibly due to the influence of her Toon Handler or her natural energy.

Shelly is a beige ammonite shell with a black opening on the left side of her head. She has orange blush and two lower eyelashes under each eye. She wears a dark brown knitted dress with a light brown tank top. When she gets hurt, she closes her eyes tightly and her smile turns into a grimace.

Cosmo is a helpful, albeit cautious, Toon. As mentioned in the dialogue when purchasing Cosmo's Toon License, he is known for his sweet and caring personality. He frequently gives sweets to other Toons to cheer them up and praises them when he thinks they need it. However, he also seems quite anxious, as evidenced by his dialogue whenever he finishes a Machine or goes down to the lower floors. It can be assumed that Cosmo's fondness for baking stems from both a source of comfort and a desire to help others. Dandy Render

He doesn't understand some jokes and can be quite gullible when it comes to pranks, as seen in his interactions with [names of friends], but he always makes sure to look out for his friends and cheer them up when they need it most. It's worth noting that, although Cosmo can be quite quiet and anxious, he's not at all a pushover, as demonstrated by his firm refusal to [name of friend]'s insistence on asking him questions about his best friend, [name of friend], and telling him that he can't hide the eggs for him to find. Cosmo's sensitive side is highlighted in the interaction dialogue between [name of friend] and Sprout, as Sprout mentions that Cosmo cried for a whole week when the bubblegum eyes melted on the cookies they made with Flutter's face on them. This is also why, in the dialogue between [name of friend], he says, "Never again."

Scraps is a kind Toon who cares about the well-being of the other Toons, especially her brother, Goob. She is sometimes a bit airheaded and forgets to do things, such as in her interactions with Brightney and Tisha. She can also act somewhat immature in some situations, such as in her interactions with Pebble and one with Shrimpo. Overall, she is mature for the most part and cares about her brother Goob, making sure to be there for him. She also enjoys crafting, as stated in her cover letter.

Sprout is a tall strawberry who wears only a white scarf with thin pink stripes around her neck and down her back. She is usually depicted with eight simple pastel green leaves: three on her head, three covering her forehead like bangs, and the last two on the back of her neck. She has dark red blush and three black freckles on each cheek that resemble seeds, totaling six freckles. Her limbs are a reddish-pink color, lighter than her torso and head.

Sprout is a straightforward, overprotective, and pragmatic Toon, as shown in his passive ability, "Overprotective." He often mentions it in his interactions because Sprout is his best friend, and they both enjoy baking and cooking. Render Cosmo

However, unlike Cosmo, he doesn't fall into traps as easily, as shown in his encounter with [name missing], and he can also be persistent, but with good intentions. He is mostly quiet and introverted, especially when interacting with Toons he isn't very comfortable with. Sprout is more open and enthusiastic with Toons he trusts more, such as when he's with Cosmo or [name missing]. Because of this, Sprout isn't the best Toon to socialize with, as shown in his interaction with [name missing]. He reassures [name missing] that he's okay, but inadvertently highlights one of his insecurities. This can also be seen in other conversations.

Goob is a Toon that resembles a beige craft project with a rounded, square head featuring fuzzy tufts on its forehead and cheeks. It has a light yellowish blush under its eyes, complemented by blue freckles on its left cheek and red ones on its right. Its torso is also a light orange-yellow, adorned with fuzzy tufts around its neck.

Goob's arms are long, thick, flexible, and resemble black, cable-like ropes. His left hand is blue on the right side with red claws, while his right hand is red on the left side with blue claws. Both hands are large and rounded. Additionally, his knees and ankles are marked with light yellow and orange stripes. His eyes are misaligned, and he is commonly depicted as cross-eyed.

Goob is a friendly and sociable Toon. He's energetic and quite innocent. His interactions with Rodger show that Goob doesn't strategically hug others, but rather believes others just need a hug. He also gets emotional easily.
