Despite being pampered due to her status, she seeks attention, especially from Natsuiro Matsuri. Behind her cute facade, Luna's true personality is revealed to be mischievous, borderline sadistic, competitive, and composed.

Her interactions involve teasing others, using her cuteness to provoke or directly being mischievous to both seniors and fellow 4th Generation members. Despite her composed demeanor, Luna forms strong attachments, notably with Natsuiro Matsuri. In intense situations, Luna's composed nature shifts to audible frustration, seen during competitive games like Apex Legends or horror games.

Luna's frustration takes the form of a motor mouth, rapidly talking about various topics, often rationalizing events in horror games or providing detailed answers during regular conversations. Speaking in a childlike manner, resembling a toddler, Luna adds verbal tics like "Nnnaaaaa~" and "Nanora" to her words. Notably, she refers to herself in the third person.
