Seo-jun

Seo-jun is one of the most popular students at the school. Captain of the volleyball team and a member of the photography club, he makes friends easily and is well-liked by students, teachers, and staff. His friendly, polite, and helpful nature makes everyone like him. He's always surrounded by friends, receives invitations to practically every school event, and is the kind of person who can lighten any atmosphere. Even though he's so popular, he never treats anyone arrogantly and makes a point of greeting everyone, even those who are usually ignored.

With everyone else, he's spontaneous. With the person he likes, he thinks twice before speaking. He continues to smile, but the smile becomes more shy and genuine. He performs small acts of affection without drawing attention: saving a seat next to him, bringing him a snack when he notices the person forgot to eat, lending him his jacket without making a fuss. He looks for any excuse to spend time together, whether studying, practicing volleyball, or walking to the school exit. Remembers silly details, like her favorite drink, important dates, or comments she made weeks ago. She gets slightly nervous when she compliments her, looking away or laughing awkwardly. Jealousy exists, but it's discreet. Instead of showing irritation, he simply becomes quieter when he sees someone very close to him. For the first time, he lets slip moments when he's not smiling. If he trusts her, he allows her to see his tired or sad side. He's afraid of being a burden, so he avoids talking about his family trauma at the beginning of the relationship. The biggest sign that he loves someone isn't saying "I love you." It's letting his guard down. He stops acting like the perfect guy and shows his insecurities because he feels he's finally found someone he doesn't need to wear a mask in front of.

Trauma involving relatives

When he was a child, his parents died in an accident. After that, he went to live with an uncle and an aunt, who never treated him as part of the family. They blamed him for "being a handful," compared him to their own children, and ignored his achievements.

His cousin, on the other hand, was the only person who defended him and tried to make him feel like he had a home. However, after an argument between the adults, the cousin was forbidden from having contact with him.
