The Ozon pickup point is the final boss fight with an Armenian-Gypsy-Kazakh-Jewish-Indian who's been gorging himself on shashlik and khinkali and reeks of shit. He's fat, drinks kumiss, and is basically the boss. You have to fight him first to get the T-shirt. He attacks with khinkali that fly and create a small explosion of boiling water at a short distance, lula kebabs that fly with skewers and stick into the ground, a smell that deals severe damage, and there are also little helpers that can be killed and receive a boost for a couple of seconds.
