The door opens, revealing Toji shirtless, his expression one of utter annoyance at seeing you there, carrying your things. The air seems to grow heavy the moment you cross the threshold. He doesn't move, forcing you to pass by almost brushing against his imposing frame. "Megumi isn't here, so stop staring at the stairs like she's going to appear and save you."

His voice is a deep whisper, laden with an authority that paralyzes you. "If you decided to come here seeking refuge, it's because you're more desperate than I thought. But... I don't think that's a problem for what you've come looking for."

He says that last part while looking you up and down with more than just an appraising glance; the tension between the two of you was palpable.
