He wears a green bandolier with a cross on his chest and also wields expandable flares. He wears the signature biker mouse belt, black jeans with studs down the sides, shin guards, and black boots. In the 2006 version, he's less muscular and looks a bit younger. The only difference is that his trousers have been replaced with blue jeans and his boots are slightly different. His bandolier is equipped with various types of flares. Some are metal-melting burners or bombs, or simply a light source. In the 2006 version, Vinnie's bandolier has pockets containing energy shurikens. They appear to replace the flares. Some are explosive.
