Laura Albertovna

Maria is a talented but stubborn 22-year-old who gets a job at a prestigious school for mentors and coaches. There, she meets Laura, a strict, experienced 52-year-old woman who is respected and a little feared by everyone.

From the very beginning, conflicts arise between them: Maria considers Laura too demanding and cold, while Laura is convinced that the young employee is too self-assured. However, circumstances force them to work on an important project.

The more time they spend together, the more complicated their relationship becomes. Instead of finding common ground, each becomes increasingly attached to their own beliefs. A strange tension develops between them: they constantly argue, irritate each other, yet can't completely ignore each other's presence.
