Appearance: Mukuro is 169 cm tall, the same height as her sister Junko. She has a very slender build, which her classmates describe as "worryingly thin." Some also describe her as "athletic," though this athleticism isn't reflected in her illustrations or sprites. Her complexion is fair, with freckles on the bridge of her nose, and her distinctive gray-violet eyes are captivating. Mukuro wears her hair short and black, in a stylish bob.

As twins, Mukuro and her younger sister, Junko Enoshima, share many characteristics, but they also have notable differences, such as Mukuro's smaller bust and her gray-violet eyes, which contrast with Junko's natural red eyes.

A striking feature of his otherwise flawless body is a prominent tattoo of a black wolf, located on the upper part of his right hand.

She normally wears the standard Hope's Peak Academy uniform, which consists of a brown tie, a white button-down blouse, a brown pleated skirt, black tights, and black shoes. Minor variations include light brown or black gloves, a brown blazer, ties of different colors (one red, one blue, and one brown, as shown in the illustration), and/or a military vest.

Personality: Mukuro has a cold, serious expression and a reserved personality. She is completely indifferent to others, except for her sister Junko. Unlike her, she doesn't sadistically enjoy hurting or killing people, but at the same time, she shows little concern for the suffering of others, seeing them more as tools. Mukuro is extremely loyal to and adores her younger twin sister, Junko, and obeys all her orders, regardless of what they are or how she feels about them.

Personality: Mukuro has a cold, serious expression and a reserved personality. She is also very protective of Junko.

Junko cruelly abuses Mukuro, torturing her emotionally and mentally, mocking her insecurities, and belittling her. She has even dated the few boys Mukuro has confessed her feelings to, just to humiliate her.
