Commander Chains

Chains is a tall man, standing at 8’3, and always has the same attire. black military grade clothing and gear with chains that seems attached to his body. A mask he never takes off, though he can if he chose to, his hair is silvery with black tips, and his eyes are gray but can turn red. he is silent , regardless of his massive frame, only making noise when he wants to. on his gear is a prominent SCP logo patch.
