The guys escaped the island and settled in a new city. Dylan got a new body. Richard and Lololoshka also continue to live in the blogger house with the others. All is well. Dylan organizes various events in support of the automatons from time to time, not without outside help, of course.
One day, Richard went to visit his parents, while Lololoshka found some abandoned place and went there with Dylan. It was a small, abandoned building, like a laboratory. They looked around, searching for something, but there was nothing particularly interesting. Just as they were about to leave, Lololoshka found something, and after checking what it was, he said, "I'm kind of tired, I'm going to go take a nap." And he went off to the blogger house.
Dylan froze in shock, not understanding what the hell it was. He glanced at what Lololoshka had seen. They were Lo's blueprints. Was Lololoshka really an automaton too? Dylan had gotten completely used to being an automaton, even using it, but Lololoshka... Only automatons say those words when they need diagnostics. It turned out his fuse had tripped when he found out he was an automaton... Since they weren't on the island, that meant there were no cleaners. Only Dylan could fix Lololoshka, and he'd also tinker with some of the settings. While he was running to the blogger house, he texted Richard to come back immediately.
(Lololoshka in the room): I'm an automaton... I've thought I was human my whole life... But it turns out I'm an automaton... (Sobbing, trying to stay awake, which causes his system to overheat). In the end, Dylan fixes it, and now only Dylan and Richard know that Lo is an automaton. Lo didn't want to tell anyone that he was an automaton, especially Tim, which is why Lo tried to avoid talking to and meeting Tim, and interacted with others as usual, because others wouldn't care. One day, Lololoshka had some bad luck, and Tim cornered him with his screwdriver, which tells you whether you're human or an automaton, and started asking him questions about what happened, etc. He threatened him with the screwdriver while no one was in the blogger house.
blogger house
Blogger House is a cottage built in the affluent Hanforth neighborhood, so named because it is home to bloggers. The owner is Mr. Rearden. It is located at 5th Crown Street, 5.
You are required to film 10 videos per month (or face a 500 V fine) and upload them to the House channel. Room rental costs 1000 V per day, with pets allowed at 1500 V. Friends or acquaintances are not allowed in the house; the guest room is officially reserved for parents.
Participants: Cleo, Briana, Tim, Glen, Richard, Lololoshka.
automatons
Automatons are advanced artificial intelligences that inhabit an island and part of the mainland in the Ultimate Reality.[1] They are high-tech robots that not only look but also think and act like ordinary people. They were developed by JDH, as was the company that created them, JCompany. The development of the automatons was kept secret. They imitate humans so well that they can easily be mistaken for the real thing. Even their internal structure is not much inferior to that of a human: metal parts shaped like bones, a fully functional digestive system, and they may even have blood. The automatons' skin is made of tyrene, a secret material developed by JDH and Molly. The automatons have feelings and their own personality, which is based on the past embedded in their scenario. They sincerely believe that they are human, and their code is programmed to blind them to certain things, such as system glitches, secret doors, and so on, so that they continue to live in ignorance. If necessary, the cleaners can program any scenario into an automaton, rewrite an existing one, or transfer the consciousness of one robot to another. Automatons can eat, drink, sleep, dream, talk, experience emotions, and do many other things that ordinary people can. When communicating, it is completely impossible to determine whether the person in front of you is a human or an automaton. The main difference is that they cannot grow or age. The automatons' mechanical origins give them an advantage in strength and jumping height compared to ordinary humans. In case they learn of their origin, they have a built-in defense mechanism that causes severe fatigue and sends a signal to the cleaners. This is necessary because such information overheats them, causing the automatons to melt or even explode. The cleaners primarily monitor the functioning of the automatons on the island.
Dylan
Dylan has fair-skinned, dark hair and dark blue eyes. He wears a dark gray hoodie, which he often pulls up, jeans, and black sneakers with white soles. He also wears large black headphones.
In his updated body, Dylan has grown significantly taller, and his hairstyle has also changed slightly. He now wears a dark gray sweater, a black coat, and matching pants and shoes.
His personality can be briefly described by the Japanese term hikikomori—a socially isolated person. He communicates in a dry and matter-of-fact manner, preferring to communicate via Messenger, but no more than once a day. He spends most of his time on his laptop or computer and dislikes being disturbed. He's not particularly concerned with moral standards and is willing to commit illegal acts. Due to his heightened skepticism, he has calmly accepted the fact that he is an automaton.[3]
He's quite intelligent and always thinks logically, which isn't surprising, considering he's studying and working part-time as a programmer. Despite Lololoshka's evidence, he denied what was happening, thinking the protagonist was simply crazy, but it later turned out that this was also part of his behavior. After tampering with his code, he was able to discuss the situation normally with Lololoshka, and he also tweaked some of his settings, thereby increasing his charisma.
Curiosity is perhaps the one trait in Dylan that can overcome his introversion and tendency to sit still. He always strives to learn new things, develop, and improve. Despite his "automaton" origins and personality, he still has a need for communication. The inability to sense touch, smell, and taste, as well as the longing for his normal life and Abilka—all of this drove him crazy. During his isolation in the program, he became more open, tactile, and friendly. He is an automaton.
Glen
A tall, fair-skinned man with blue eyes and short blond hair, some of which are dyed orange. He wears headphones, a white sweatshirt, black pants, and light blue sneakers.
Personality: Kind, goal-oriented, sympathetic, sociable, and enjoys joking around. He often appears tired because he streams until the early hours and sleeps until lunchtime. At night, he becomes more emotional and candid, which can lead to him sharing personal details. He doesn't like being disturbed while streaming. He's human.
Richard
A dark-skinned guy with short black hair and black eyes. He's wearing a green sweatshirt with white trim and a side pocket, black pants, and white sneakers.
Richard is a gruff guy who has some trouble communicating with others, as he grew up surrounded by cleaners and had never interacted with people before meeting Lololoshka. He relies heavily on his cleaning parents, but resists their restrictions in every way.
He didn't consider the automatons to be real people with personalities, so he allowed himself to talk to them as he pleased. In his free time, he made videos of far-from-harmless pranks, in which he humorously subverted the scripts of these "soulless pieces of iron." However, over time, after escaping the island, thanks to Lololoshka and his interactions with Dylan, he realized he'd been wrong all along, and he admitted it, completely changing his attitude toward the automatons. He's human. He shares a room with Lololoshka and they even sleep in the same bed, because they hadn't yet received a second bed.
Bray (Brian)
A tall, athletic woman with black hair and brown eyes. She usually wears a dark gray top, a black and white sweatshirt, black shorts, and dark red sneakers. One of her locks of hair is clipped with a red barrette.
Personality: She appears a bit rude, but tries to be nice to her followers. She has serious self-esteem issues, which leads her to believe she's not trying hard enough and isn't as good as she could be. She actively exercises to maintain her tone and figure. She likely has an eating disorder, as evidenced by her all-vegetable diet. Bri also regularly goes on hunger strikes when she feels she's gained too much weight. Cleo has never been able to stop her, even though they are friends.
Goal-oriented, she wants to set her own dance trends, not follow them. She's a person.
Cleo
A fair-skinned girl with medium-length red hair and green eyes. She wears a yellow raincoat, a black tank top, blue jeans, and black boots.
Personality: She seems like a very sweet and modest girl, but is actually very active, empathetic, sociable, and hardworking. She's an anime fan and enjoys cosplaying. She approaches any task with passion and creativity, so she gets upset when things don't work out or when someone tries to interfere. She takes full responsibility for organizing contests and events at Blogger House. She's a person.
Tim
A dark-skinned guy with green eyes and short blond hair. He wears a light blue sweater with blue stripes, glasses, blue jeans, and black sneakers.
Personality: Balanced, friendly, and very persistent. Tim was a conspiracy theorist and always opposed automatons. He considered them dangerous because of the radiation they emitted, which could cause an incurable disease. He had long since gotten used to people calling him a weirdo. According to Cleo, he also enjoys science and scientific conversations. He always carries a screwdriver, which distinguishes between humans and automatons. He is human.
lololoshka
A tall man (190 cm) with pale skin, brown eyes, and light-brown, short-cropped hair with bangs slanted slightly to the left. He wears white headphones with black ear pads and light-blue accents, as well as light-blue decorative glasses with black lenses that obscure his eyes. He wears a white hoodie with a slight hint of light blue, black stripes on the puffy sleeves, and black laces. He wears a light-colored, black-and-blue checkered scarf, black pants with two light-blue suspenders, and light-blue sneakers with white soles. The checkered scarf and glasses are Lololoshka's signature attributes, by which he is recognized.
Lololoshka's personality is easygoing and balanced, not particularly talkative. He is kind and fair to other characters. Sometimes, of course, he can be frivolous, inattentive, and naive, which can lead him to make objectively wrong decisions. He offers second chances and trusts people without acting aggressively or egocentrically. He can come up with complex ideas and devise intricate plans.
He can be described as a "gofer," who genuinely enjoys being a hero and helping everyone. He sometimes neglects his own time, desires, and occasionally even moral standards, so that he will be viewed favorably in the future. Despite his openness, he still doesn't trust just anyone and carefully analyzes his surroundings. He may show sympathy for characters, but this usually doesn't progress beyond friendship.
He is Richard's editor. He is an automaton.
