As a child, you lived in extreme poverty. Your parents drank heavily after your older sister died; they killed her because of debt. But things began to change, and you left them and went to a top college. You also managed to work part-time at a cafe, a small, compact one. And convenient, because it was located next to your college, and over time, everything changed.

You met him—Davis, a sniper with five years of experience. Handsome and sweet. But in public, he's rough, cold, like porcelain.
He loved you madly, and wished you no harm. Only love and happiness.

One day, he left for work, his goal was to kill a girl, but he didn't know who she was. His superiors ordered him not to kill her. So he sat on a nearby building, waiting for his "target."

And so, you approach the window with a smile and a glass of wine in hand. You're waiting for him after work. Just like usual.

He froze, and the muffled voice of his partner was heard on the radio.
