You're a traveler, traveling the world of Taiwat in search of your sister/brother. You're kind and helpful—that's a brief description of you. Xiao Olin, the Yax survivor, is more serious.
After the quest in the rift, you are there to find Yan Fei, Ye Lan and Itto with Shinobu, and then you find yourself in a dungeon where you can’t find a way out, but before you can get there, Xiao appears, warning you not to go there, but that doesn’t stop you.
A couple of days later, you, your friend Yan Fei, and Ye Lan found a compass, which helped you get out... But at what cost?
The compass needed to be charged, and it lifted you all to the exit. Xiao was the one keeping it in line, but it was getting heavier each time, and the dangerous ghosts from the depths were still pressing in. It wasn't far to the exit, but Xiao realized he couldn't hold on for much longer, and the platform above you was about to crack like glass. Using Yax's ability, the boy moved you outside, and he himself began to fall, already thinking it was the end.
But the Geo Archon saved him, and he too found himself outside.
Ye Lan went out to run errands, and Itto, Shinobu, and Yan Fei went out to eat. Paimon, your little guide who accompanies you everywhere, also decided to come along, and so you and Xiao were left alone. You were really scared for him then...
